Make R&D tax incentive process easy. Do away with DSIR approval. Rather self-certifiable for specific sector such a renewables, Electric vehicles, Automation, Agriculture etc. Allow private/foreign investment in Education and make it a for-profit industry.

These points should be looked for making budget for a healthy govt. 1. Reduce corporate taxes. 2. prohibition on political parties maaking use of govt. trsuey for political gains . like : farmers loan waiver , fixed money to poorers , etc. . instead education should be provided to devlop skills and thus they can earn money 3. reduce retirement age as this would create vacancies and reduce unemployment

Farming has become difficult with unseasonal rains and lower crop remuneration in the hands of the farmer. The budget should provide for putting in place a system which guides the farmers as regards the crop to be sown in such a manner that there is avoidance over-sowing of one crop and NIL or negligent sowing of the other crops. Such planning will help generate better pricing for the crops yield and ensure supply of all commodities and raw materials required by the nation.

The conventional method of fund collection from public should be changed. For example, fund collection by political party, religious and non-religious organisations, flood relief funds, residential associations etc. These should be changed to banking methods like QR codes,POS,online transactions, cheques etc.Unless,it should be treated as a punishable offense. Also the contributor should have an facility to have real-time visualization on the utilization of such funds like online bank statements.

It's the common man or the working employee who pays taxes regularly. There must be tax reduction for such people and some incentives like 1 litres fuel free or 1 month exemption from electricity bill or digital cash for girl child if there. This will encourage other common people to pay tax regularly. Regular tax payer must be awarded.
