Importers & Borrowers are not hedging obligatory remittances properly- Since RBI indirectly infuse / draw forex reserve, volatility on forex counter ultimately hits common taxpayers.
Though reduces, still a lot of corruption is rampant ant at Customs Points- Surprise visits and scanning SB/BoE clearance file would substantiate this.. Stringent punishment- eg summary dismissal is solicited

I would like to give following suggestions-
1. India had been spending hefty on military and armed forces but this does not proved to be successful strategy. Now India has to work on R & D in a swift manner in the field of Space and Cyber area, these two sector need huge investment.
2. Increase the allocated money in Healthcare, Education.
3. Reduce various unfruitful Social Schemes.
4.Monetary power to Panchayats and Muncipal Corp so they work efficiently
5. Policy to Curb on Gold Imports

Create a unique ID for every people and also link with all Scheme with Taxation . and if any Subsidy or waive off is given by Govt or any other then then you co related that data. for example :- if Govt not reduce GST Rate as Directly and co related with People that if that Unique id given to supplier and quote this on that buying invoice then government return sum money as refund or subsidy .
