Government should link Pan card with insurance( life, medical) and Education Loan. Based on the Tax payer annual tax returns he should earn points, these should be at least 40 percent of the tax paid. These points should direct be convertible for payment of education loan premium, hospital bills and linked Life insurance premium. Life Insurance should be 115 times of last taxable income. The fund should be withdrawal within 3 working days. This is one way to motivate salaried taxpayers.

Resected finance minister! Would you please exempt pensioners from incometax from the forth coming budget ? As senior citizens they get neglected evrywhere including in their own homes . Children and children in law have already became unkind . They could not even easily find a place to have their last breath peacefully. Would you please give a bit of your attention towards the Nation's senior citizens to complete their final years in dignity ?

10 % of child income/salary to be transfered directly by the employer to father (5%) and mother (5%) to develop a habit of 'giving back' and discharge Parent Debt (पित्र ऋण) (irrespective of parents being dependent or not) as per vedic principles. This is mandatory in many countries. Partial tax exemptions must also be given.

Direct TAX for Salaried citizens should be reduced drastically. no tax unto 10lakhs. The direct TAX collection is too less compared to the applicable tax payers. This is injustice to salaried people who pay huge tax as they cannot hide like other no salaried class.

Dear FM, Would suggest to incorporate in the forthcoming budget: 1) to reduce Service tax to 5% on all Health-insurances and for all personal lines of insurance. This would surely enhance insurance penetration which is at a very low 0.93% of GDP 2) enhance the limit under Sec 44ADA for Professionals to Rs.1 crore. 3) enhance the personal income tax exemption limit to Rs.5 Lacs. 4) enhance the subsidy for household Solar modules

Namaste sir, i would wish to see that government is allocating a good amount in budget for saving environment. There must be allocations for funds for drafting a nation wide policy on increasing forest cover. The policy must cover ideas of involving common people for working to save environment. Allocations must be for saving our rivers as well but at the core investment must be made for creating better guidelines, involving individuals.

1) Our country has really large number of working middle class people. All the government benefits go only to BPL ( below poverty line) individuals. While middle class fuels the country with maximum tax collected from this segment, benefits passed back to us are very meagre. Can this be improved ?2) All government projects get mismanaged as poor audit standards. Can this be improved so that tax payer money is utilised effectively ? 3) Drinking water is expensive in cities. Can anything be done?
