licensing should be reduced to least possible number as it would encourage better investment in telecom sector

we have to address the issue of spam calls or unsolicited calls.
by strengthening e-Kyc system we can curb the disturbance of spam calls.

I AM A SUBSCRIBER OF XXXX SIM COMPANY, BEFORE TWO YEARS THE 4G PLANS WERE LIKE FOR 400 RS I WAS ABLE TO GET 3 MONTHS TALK TIME AND DATA ,NOW THE SAME PLAN COST 600₹+
5 G WILL BE MORE COSTLY.
THE PROBLEM WITH OUR COUNTRY IS OUR PRIVATE SECTORS GREED.
WISHING THE GOVERNMENT PUT PROPER AVERAGE LIMIT OF COST ON THESE TELECOM SERVICES WHERE EVERY POOR PERSON CAN USE IT WITH OUT A PROBLEM.

Telecommunication is now became part of our essential life need. Wy use it as per as studying to banking and online shopping etc.
So it should be keeping in mind that the price of recharge should not be too high. It should be control over the monopoly by any telecom services provider company.
And also be observed about security .

cont-- technology. With 117 crore subscribers, India is the world’s second largest telecommunication ecosystem. The telecommunication sector employs more than 4 million people and contributes about 8% of the country’s GDP.
The existing regulatory framework for the telecommunication sector is based on the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885. The nature of telecommunication, its usage and technologies have undergone a massive change since the era of “telegraph”. The world stopped using “telegraph” in 2013. Great words and great work is found rare in the market of business and in the monopoly market but where there is competition, each and every thing should be granted as profit in the coming digital era as a beautiful eyes for the vision of 2047with a great GDP, from one sector to another. Good deeds are like coins, and good work are like Duty. So never love your company but love your duty because you don' t know when your company denies you to keep in the company so love your duty & be faithfl

cont-- under guardian ship of his family head can purchase the sim and the holder will be his father or mother. So the increament or increase of customer will be added in same way to the students another facility, in the same way doctor sims other way, in the same way other department officer other facilities, and when the icrease of customer arises the selling of sim card of the operators increases which leads to a great profit for the telecommunication. The Bill will replace the existing legal framework governing telecommunication in India, comprising of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933 and the Telegraph Wires (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1950. So we shoud act according to the requirements and should understand the actual way where profit can be utilized as Bund Bund to increase the profit of GDP in the Government account with a excellent margin. Telecommunication is one of the most important landmark for INDIA'S growth in the field of information

cont-- after the peek time is over at nearest about 9pm. And the reason ehind this is that they are makingb there safety from getting dissatisfaction from the customer end. Now, this is a negativity where telecommunication is not able to understand the reality which hampers thwere operator growth and maximum time customer port from one operator to another. Now in case of customer if the customer has purshased sim card on one company that means his name is already been added in the telecommunication operators forms as a customer details. Now if the customers port from one operator to another that means from Ato B one operator looses and other operator gains but in increament of new customer data base it should not come and the reason behind this is only a transfer from one mode to another, Customer is one. We want increment on customer base which gives more profit to the telecommunication and that can only be done cvia different ways one is by issuing children above the age of 10 year

cont-- per executive. And the quality of the calls should be good and to the level. The SLA should be maintained by the manager in all slabs. And OT should be given as a compulsory activity for the employes to earn money and to also to give good profits to the government in all aspects. As we all are aware that Telecommunication in INDIA is one of the most important part where the results of up and down of GDP can be seen. So, my request to the Government of INDIA related with this Telecommunications is operator and employees both should be very careful and happy before taking a call or speaking to the client on phone for resolution. There is one more points to say and that is at the time of handling P-CRM ( Customer Relation Management) the employee should do the tagging of calls on line and live no copy paste via note pad will be allowed, which is maximum time it has been found that query asked by customer at 11am and tagging is been submitted by the employee in the eveing
