India to be consultant to the world in all aspects esp. economy, trade, commerce, etc. Hence, a strong research, periodical assessment of global economy targets are necessary. As the word MSME coined by specialists, even micro level of economy also important for any stable economy. Hence these are the key points to be considered in the bill.
