I think we need to develop vehicles based on hydrogen as it will save Billions of dollars, save the environment, export such vehicles, earn foreign exchange and most important we will be able to end up the hegemony of oil exporting nations. Jai Hind
Standard is excellent
my comments and suggestions on developing accessibility standards for the transport and mobility sector. Your input will help create inclusive and equitable transportation systems for all.
Please share your thoughts on:
- Accessibility features in public transport
- Infrastructure design for mobility-impaired individuals
- Technology-enabled solutions for accessible transportation
- Policy and regulatory frameworks
Your feedback will contribute to a more accessible and user-friendly transportation system."
"The draft accessibility standards for the transport sector are a significant step towards creating inclusive and equitable transportation systems. I particularly appreciate the focus on accessible infrastructure, such as ramps and audio announcements. To further strengthen these standards, I recommend including specific guidelines for accessible public transportation vehicles and ensuring that digital platforms for ticketing and journey planning are also accessible to people with disabilities."

hello
1. Poor Planning of Cities & Roads. Indian cities or towns or any crowded place should have atleast 2-3 times wider roads than now as People will buy more vehicles. Govt shouldn't allow buildings/shops near roads unless the road meets the requirement of future. We can't waste money on flyovers.
Let Every Should design should be strictly pass through Govt agency and AI based design to make India look beautiful.
2. Increasing coaches of train if possible. Because it is too crowded in Trains. If increasing coaches is not possible then don't allow short travel like within 200km through certain long distance travelling trains if buses are available.
3. I hope bullet train or hyperloop comes faster.
4. I hope Public Transportation EV buses should be increased through private local partnership. Or make public transportation EV buses a company and have them listed on NSE or BSE to collect funds. Then expand rapidly.
5. integrated privatisation of EV charging stations with locals.
Business models giving point to point connectivity or last mile mobility has to be promoted. Recently Rapido has tied up with Metro and connected taxi or auto to the same. Mass transport models like Ro-Ro which carries many vehicles using electric trains or ships lowers burden on roads and petroleum product consumption. Additionally, usage of AI to increase average safe speed of traffic should be target to police and should reward merit based ideas. There is no option to provide underground road network, which can additionally serve, creating shopping centres and can be used as shelters in case of emergency. Road is analogous to a fluid line and its quality is important. Faulty venturies , creating congestion should be eliminated. Common tickets for all public transport modes is a future need too. If we follow Europe way to connect villages by metro many businesses, IT sectors, work from home will shift and add quality to life of village too. Recreation centres gardens nearby is must
