Respected PM sir ;For cleaning Ganga one part of our society remain still inactive i.e. School children who themselves can not only indulge themselves in river cleaning but also whole family and this will lead the future generation to learn the most important topic of life cleanliness...

PM Sir, Why not DIFFERENT Vendors to be engaged for water transport in sectorwise manner. There responsibility should be to keep the banks clean and to see that there is no unwanted waste being added. If they find so, complaint should be done by them to Local Authorities with Copy to PMO. PMO can perform random checks at the basis of the complaints. This could help Ganga Cleaning Programme.

The Government must not allow the people to use soaps or detergents while taking bath or washing clothes. If the people have no other way to get water for washing clothes or for using soap, then government must fix some taps near the ghats and this water must be purified in waste water treatment plants and again this pure water will flow in the river. Even a new custom or ritual should be made which promotes people to put a very small amount of ash in the river.

A suggestion for cleaner GANGA from a 14 year old student. I suggest to take a good amount of water and make a sort of lake with that GANGA water. And restrict all people to put ashes, flowers, etc. in the main GANGA river and allow people to put all these things in the p.s. lake composed by taking water from the river. This will lead to a cleaner GANGA faster. :D

fine imposed on those who dump in ganga river even citizen not only industry but by their value. for water treatment there will be solid waste so solid waste management technique should be used in this way few materials can be recycled and rest biodegradable can be used for compost. If both things will happen obviously it will affect anyway.

Need to launch a program named "Ganga seva". In which anyone can participate like residents near Ganga river, N. G. O. Groups, tourists and others. Anyone can participate in this program by cleaning, effective water management for its flow, donations, awareness programs, etc.
