Kindly provide us some payment gateway which foreign clients can use to pay us thru debit or credit card. Currently, almost all medium and small companies are using paypal which is charging 5-8% of the transaction amount. This should be stopped. Big overseas clients don't face any problem to make bank transfer but small/medium overseas clients prefer to pay thru credit/debit card as they need not to go to bank for it for small amounts ($100-500).
Thanks (sandeep)

Sir,Schools and universities rely on branded products for imparting education.Free and Open Source products are just as good and can be used without any license or fees.It is important to shift all government offices to Linux/Unix operating systems as they are reliable and relatively virus free. There are OpenOffice/Libre office for all office functions. There are thousands of softwares available in open source format that can be used in every department of the government. Why waste money on brands

Convergence of different systems of different department on any cloud platform will unify their development, maintenance and enhance their availability to the public. I'm a software consultant myself and know how beneficial this can be.

Firstly change all outdated syllabus of all professional courses(BE,MCA,etc.).Currently they are not upto the software industry expectation. In software industry elearning is most important than traditional courses. So promote elearning from school level.

To allow increase of software exports , especially for freelancers , there should be a very simple and easy way to bring in remittances. There should be some sort of income tax benefit since the small freelancers collective bring in lot of foreign exchange in the country.

Kindly ensure this policy is not lopsided and in favour of only new startups or those who are going to startup now, what about those who started a decade back, who had the vision that Software Products will be the future of Indian IT and took the bold step against all odds, they should be given Navratna status and should get favourable terms of credit, funding, limelight, support from the government to increase their product consumption in India. They should be awarded for starting up!

On the continuance of eliminating black money & in process of cashless economy, all the govt.depts.should accept payments by net/pos.The transaction should be made free of commission & other charges to the public. As an incentive for the senior citizens acknowledging their services in different fields for the altogether development of the country, total income tax exemption should be given to their earnings by way of pension and interest on bank deposits.

Govt. should launch initiative along with reputed software companies to customise open source software for the Indian market. Office automation and software of general use lead to large outflow of foreign exchange, it should be curbed.
Patent filing related funding should be provided to MSME sector to adopt innovation enabling software solution.
Request for policies to encourage IT adoption in MSME sector.
Low cost ownership of cloud based solution should be encouraged.

HOW?
1. FIRST, LIMIT CASH TRANSACTION.THAT IS CASH TRANSACTION SHOULD BE ALLOWED UPTO RUPEES TEN THOUSAND ONLY . OTHERS SHOULD BE DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS ONLY
2. SOFTWARE SHOULD BE USER FRIENDLY. JUST GIVE MOBILE NUMBER AND ENTER THE AMOUNT.THAT AMOUNT SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO BANK ACCOUNT.
