During this month's 'Mann Ki Baat' programme the Prime Minister will share his 'Mann Ki Baat' with youngsters appearing for the various board examinations and competitive exams.

The Prime Minister invites all of you, particularly students, parents and teachers to share their experiences about examinations be it preparing for examinations, the role of parents and teachers in the run up to the examinations.

Please also share memorable exam anecdotes that have left a lasting impression in your minds.

Some of the inputs received will be compiled in the form of an e-book that will become a friend to all youngsters taking these board and competitive exams.

dear sir, Blind IAS Aspirants of Gujarat have to go to MUMBAI to appear in UPSC mains and prelim exam. Can't we provide exam center in Gujarat for blind Aspirants. My some friends from SPIPA Ahmedabad who have cleared UPSC PT exam have to go MUMBAI for mains exam. If we can provide exam center in rural area for only one or two examiners in HSC board exam then why we can't do this for IAS aspirants. Hiren Patel Teacher,Gujarat

सरकारी योजनाओ का फायदा लेना ही विद्यार्थी की शिक्षा का उद्देश्य होने लगा है, प्रयोगात्मक विषय नहीं चाहिये क्योंकि उसमें रोज आना पड़ता है| प्रवृत्ति कॉलेजों के शिक्षात्मक स्तर में गिरावट लाती है क्योंकि इससे शिक्षण एवं शोध कार्य प्रभावित होता है जो उच्च शिक्षा की रीढ़ है| सरकारी योजनाओ का लाभ उन्ही छात्रों को मिले जो नियमित रूप से कॉलेज आयें| समय-समय पर योग्यता–परीक्षणों के माध्यम से छात्रों को परख कर ही उन्हें आर्थिक लाभ सरकार या विद्यालय द्वारा दिया जाना चाहिये |

सरकार के लिए एक सुझाब है कि बढ़ती जनसँख्या के दुष्प्रभाब एबं निबारण के उपाय जनता से पत्र के माध्यम से लिखित में ले और सम्बंधित कानून अमल में लाने का कष्ट करे।

Wedding Anniversary and other celebrations till well past midnight during these times, disturb the students preparing for board exams. The celebrations should be quiet/ away from residential areas.

देश का ऐसा विद्यार्थी वर्ग जो ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में या आन्तरिक इलाकों में निवास कर रहा है उन्हें उच्च शिक्षा का सुअवसर देने के लिए प्राइवेट कॉलेज खोले गए | लेकिन यह अपने मूल उद्देश्य से भटक कर परीक्षा पास कराने की गारंटी देकर ठेकों पर काम करने वाले अड्डे बन गए हैं| इसके लिए स्थानीय विश्वविद्यालय दोषी हैं| विद्यार्थी एवं अभिभावक, प्रतिष्ठित कॉलेजों छोड़ कर प्राइवेट कॉलेजों में दाखिला लेना एवं दिलवाना अधिक उचित समझते हैं ; जहाँ उत्तीर्ण होने की तथा डिग्री मिलने की गारंटी मिलती है|

Respected Sir, In my opinion there should not be any reservation category for admission in IIT JEE and AIPMT students those who are going to appear the examination.

मान्यबर, मैं देश की बढ़ती जनसँख्या को लेकर चिंतित हूँ जिस तरह देश की जनसँख्या तेजी से बढ़ रही है एक बहुत बड़े खतरे का आगाज़ है और देश के हिंदुबादी नेताओ का हिन्दुओ से आहबान करना कि हिन्दू भी अधिक बच्चे पैदा करे मनन का बिषय है आप की बात जनता के मन को बदलने का डैम रखती है इसलिए आपसे निवेदन है कि आप हिन्दू मुस्लमान दोनों को बढ़ती जनसँख्या के दुष्प्रभावो से अबगत कराये और दो बच्चों के कानून सम्बंधी सुझाब जनता से लेने का आह्वान करे।

Open category students को competitive exam fees बाकि reserved category student से काफि जादा लगती है । हम Open category students भी गरिब परिवारो से होते है और इतनी exam fees भरने के लिये काफि दिक्कतो का सामना करना पडता है । जहा reserved category students को 100 रु. exam fees लगती है वहि Open category students को 400 से 500 रु. exam fees लगति है । क्या आप इस समस्या का समाधान करके हमरी मदद करेंगे ताकि हम भी पैसो के अभाव के कारण कोइ exam देने से वंचित ना रहे ।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , मेरा आप से विन्रम निवेदन है की हमारे जैसे छात्र जो बिहार के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से तैयारी के लिए देल्ही आते है और कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के अंतिम चरण तक सफल नहीं हो पाते। सर मेरा आप से आग्रह है की अगर कोई छात्र संघ लोक सेवा आयोग या राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग के इंटरव्यू देने के बाद अंतिम रूप से सफल नहीं हो पाता है तो उसको उस प्रवेश पत्र के आधार पे बिज़नेस करने के लिए लोन मिलने में वरीयता दी जाए ताकि अचानक उसके सामने सारे रास्ते बंद न हो जाये और देश निर्माण में अपनी भागीदारी दूसरे तरीके से दे सके।

Most important thing is to believe in oneself. I have succeeded in most of the competitive exams because I believed in myself. While giving a competitive examination most of us look on the number of seats available, I always believed I need only one seat and that is there for me. Let others waste their time. So believe in yourself and give your best in examination is the key to success. Most of my colleagues and friends don't apply for higher positions if seat is one, they missed their chance.
