It is very sad but true that a student score enough in physics, chemistry, mathematics but failed to score in English was devoid entry in engineering in our country.A system or web site should be made which guide students for prospect of their future in different stream of education.

In our higher education system, in each course whether it is engineering or medical or science should be taught with basic knowledge of govt. procedures of opening their own business.Secondly mathematics to engineers should be taught on practical use of mathematics barely teaching pure mathematics is of no use.Further it is a surprise that still engineers are taught literature of English. There are so many govt. PSU which test G.K. and English for trainee engineering job.

In our country with respect to primary school and upper primary school, tests of students are based on their memorizing capacity which is not good. These school test instead should be based on interpretation of topics which they read. For example reading a paragraph or a topic and then answering pertaining to the topic should be tested for the understanding. In current testing system, weak memory students are unable to attend full question paper, hence their full knowledge remain untested.

in secondary education, the vacant posts should be filled and manpower should be decided before implementing the NEP. Science education particularly is bad condition due to poor labs and lack of science teachers and infrastructure.

in primary education, to follow RTE there is a large no. of teachers needed. These should be recruited in time. the disputes of Shiksha mitras particularly in U.P. should be finalized as these are ruining the quality of basic education and occupying the posts of qualified and trained teachers available.

Dear Prime Minister,
Education starts from womb and end to Tomb. Hence Education policy should be very comprehensive, and it focuses on all types of education, and modes of education.
I requestnyou to give priority to education of Divyang children, and persons with disability. The present policy is not focusing on this group. We need to merge Rehabilitation council which governs teacher training program for special educator with NCERT that handles mainstream B.ed program.

In national education policy many subjects like sports,Music, dance, drawing, Craft, Scouts, skill development like pottery, electrician, Brick wall building etc should be optional. Iam enclosing herewith a PDF file covering various aspects which i feel should be part of education.
