Most schools and Colleges complete syllabii of 9th & 11th College before completion of acadymic year. They purposely set more difficult question paper to detain students in 9th and 11th to get higher board results. They target 100 % result but not 100% education. Detained students are forced to appear as external students, and the fact is same students pass board exam.so all state schools hv same ann plan and exam schedule and question paperfor 9th and 11th.

Education should be free, means 1. free of cost 2. free of political intervention 3. free of business attitude education.
1. Cost can be upto 10-12th.
2. political intervention like no student union like in JNOU.
3. Free of business attitude- it should be a no profit -no loss business at all level upto graduation.
3. Continue-no multiple education systems-state board, DPS, CBSC,etc.
3. Continue single entrance exams for all india, exam which has again become a business.

Start ITIs in EVERY VILLAGE / TEHSIL / BLOCK, instead of one in District HQ as of now. THEN, 'SKILL INDIA PROGRAMME' OF OUR PM-MODI, WILL ALSO BE A GREAT SUCCESS. Henceforth, everybody has to learn 2 or 3 skills minimum. Alternate skills will give employment opportunities, even if there is no demand / vacancy in one particular skill.
For those students who have no interest in studying / academics, give them the choice of DEVELOPING SKILLS IN ITIs / PAINTING / SPORTS / ARTS, etc., AFTER BASICS.

- Everyone (male & female) must teach at least 5 years in their life. Credit this to family, not individuals. Allow incentives for family againest such service.
- Teaching can be knowledge or skill based.
- 2 years military service, 2 years social service mandatory. credit to both family & individual (20:80)

Solution Space: choose agile and lean education policy for india in internet age.
Give control to villages and society. Help them to build self sustainable education system. knowledge distribution is almost FREE in internet age. Build aducation system around FREE resources.

- More Power from Achievement from acquired skills & acomplishments (one to one model same like sports).
- Economics for family and villages is IMP

The Right to Education Act must be repealed, the 93rd Amendment overturned, and all the sectarian preferences in education prior to RTE must also be revisited. This is of utmost importance. Without this clarity and principle at the top, the lower cadre may not be able to grapple with the fallouts of such sectarianism.

kisi bhi pvt company me kam karne wale chahe labour ka kam karta ho ya superwiser ka ya computer operator ka unko unki mehnat ke anusar unki salary nahi milti bahut se aise pvt company hai jaha logo ke majburi ka fayda uthaya jata hai aur unhe sirf 4000 se 5000 rs. me hi kam karwaya jata hai kya aisa koi niyam nahi jisse ki kam karne wale ko uske company ke through uska pura mehanat ka pura paisa mil sake...............

Education policy shall focused on developing teaching profession as Career in primary education. There shall be continue learning with mandatory training and learning for primary teacher through some national accreditation body to keep update them about the knowledge. The education policy shall be dynamic live our Indian culture. Need to focused on different new trait and world wide skilled employment opportunities. We need to be ahead of all at least by 5 years

In my view for good education policy. teacher selection is the most important thing. A good teacher can produce good disciplined students and good future citizens. Selection of teachers should be on general knowledge, commonsense, practical skills and good academics, Passion for teaching. The pay scale should be comfortable and covered with medical, provident fund, insurance cover for private or govt teachers. Once a teachers job is given they should appear for re exams once in 6 years
