The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

sir Health insurance for all Indians is most essential.Make a health policy and enlighten people to join. With less amount govt should give health cards to people.Increase hospitals, seats in medical colleges.3 year degree course in medical field is a good idea.Concentrate on rural India .So many villages are far away from hospitals.Girijans are suffering in forests with viral fevers.Make steps to reach good health for poor people.

To reduce jobs in public sector is not an alternative to impetus the economic growth rather that it will crate several social and economic distortions and reduce the productivity in terms of utilization of human resources. It will question about the social security and may crime and corruption will also be increase. So before stepping such type of idea, please must concern the other ends of productive population's life and its negative implications. Please its our request to review your decision.

our government it self should maintain such a neat n clean canteens at indian railway stations . there should be private food parlours at railway station but it should be optional not on the cost of general public. the person who is travelling in general compartment can not afford costly food . so this should be consideration of our goverment not to eliminate canteens from railway stations.
