The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Regard. child birth at hospital. Earlier there was a day most delivery is normal only few are caesarean. But today only few normal and most are caesarean(Most likely in private hospital). This is due to money making policy in private hospital. There are many side affects due to this for mother and child since natural process not followed. Caesarean limit give birth only two child. All hospital given 95%-5%(Normal-Caesarean) rate delivery. If Caesarean detailed report must be submitted to Govt.

Sir, for making India healthy, two things are very important- first healthy mother n child, for this we have to teach importance of safe deliveries, specially in rural population, so we should organise camps for educate them effectively on rural level n second main thing is birth control, which are main case for larger population, poorty n poor health, for this we should make gov polices, that if anybody in future, will have more than 2 child's, he will not get benefits of gov schemes n services

Hi Modi sir this is K. Prahallad from Visakhapatnam. I request you to pass the orders for not to carry IRON RODS, Asbestos sheets, cutter trees etc in back opened lorry or in any other back opened vehicles as it causes inconvenience to the public to move on the roads and also for the traffic.

Health is wealth. We should teach to people of india, important here is to give people pure water to them, by which 80% dieses can be cured! Second people must aware about organic food, it's comparative effect on total overall effect on the health of people.by taking these two steps we can decrease health budget of india. I hope you take about these steps .

Swachh bharat abhiyan is a very good initiative taken by our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji for clean India. Public transport and public places are needed to be addressed vigorously and more and more awareness drive should be planned and executed seriously and strictly. Garbage collection and cleaning is prime factor but people themselves should shoulder responsibility of not to generate unnecessary waste and dispose generated waste in proper manner.

Dear Mr. Narendra Modi, I have two important suggestions regarding Health of Indian poeple. 1. People who are the most important for us who clean the cities which are in very bad condition i.e. the workers of municipal corporation. They don't even have the correct tools to carry the garbage and clean the places where it is dirty. Please arrange these for them. 2. Cycle tracks beside the tar roads are must so that those who are health conscious can use them. can't risk lives with this traffic

Swachh bharat abhiyan is a very good initiative for clean India. But there are no public dustbins installed in any area. If public dustbins are installed in all areas and they are emptied out regularly it can help in Lessing of garbage deposits at various areas. People should be made aware of using these bins to throw garbage instead of roads.

Develop villages first by collecting some amount of money from each family like 5rs from each family nd with that money we can plant trees around the village and water tubs which will be common for all.every month a new plan will come to develop a village.we can plant croton plants along the streets.
