The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Dear Sir, please do something for the electricity cables lying on the poles in the colonies. Wherever possible, these cables should be underground. It can be safer if these cables are underground and also it will help in preventing electricity theft. Also it will reduce the clumsiness we saw in our colonies due to these cable.

Esteemed Sir, The Swachha Bharat mission should be started from the office building. All the government employees must keep the their office neat and clean. They should keep their table, almirah and corridor clean. There should no any spitting mark any where in the corridor, basin, water cooler etc. Even if they should keep their shoe outside their room. There should strict notification for them.

Sir, Swachha Bharat abhijan cannot be success by a few minute safai work of Ambani or Bachan. It can be achieved by involving all the citizens of country. The school and college students must be given priority. There must be a period in school or college curriculum for cleaning the school/college campus. Besides the cleaning works the students must do other social work in this period with the guidance of their teacher. It will bridge the gap between society and educational institutes.
