Frist idea which i want to share is bring a public issue (share) of railway through which railway will get money for their need. Second thought which i want to share is make ticket system like metro that means person enter or exit after touch token or card through this railway get money because those who travel without ticket they will have to take ticket

Brief of my views are as below which elaborates in PDF File:
1. Advertisement at various levels
2. Renting Space for Stall
3. Donation
4. Remove Ideal Time of Trains
5. Increase Sleeper and AC coaches
6. Check more Coaches by TTE
7. Promote Cargo Transportation by Train
8. Cost Cutting in Project by sponsor
Regards,
Amar

#IRCrimePrevention-travelling without tickets is increasingly becoming a common crime in big cities and crowded stations.A way to solve this is,the train doors can be held closed.the doors can be fitted with scanners.passengers who wants to board train have to get their ticket scanned.the door'll only open when valid ticket is placed, unauthorized entry makes a alarm.the same applies to getting down from the train. This will also prevent theft in trains.closed doors'll prevent unwanted accident.

#IRSafeRunning-the trains can placed with sensors and radars that can sense any damage to the track and the presence of any animal on the track(to reduce accidents due to elephants).Special applications can be developed that connects with the other trains that comes along the same way. This will prevent train crashes.applications as used in advanced cars can be used to sense the Approach of trains on the same track that may lead to accidents and bring the train to a hault.this prevent accidents.

If some facility of the railways is not getting used, the railways should make available those facilities with credit facility (use now and pay later model). This makes sure that all the resources get used optimally. Railways should hire more people and resources to maintain the quality of the service especially those dealing with people.

Railways should come up with a points scheme. For example people can buy 1000 points in advance and use the points against various facilities they use from the railways. The railways can charge few points for using facilities when they are relatively used less and deduct more points when there is too much demand. The formula about points deducted should be clear for everybody so that people can develop models about how much points it could be for a service on a future date. Trade can be created

Use Railway bogies (inside & outside) for advertisements.
At least in AC bogies, can install the small screens which can provide the journey details and also advertisements.
Just like Airlines, IR can also publish inhouse magazines which may fetch the Advertisement revenues.

#IRinnovation-The seats & sleepers that are now made from wood can be replaced with recylced plastics(thermosetting).this will not only prevent upake of wood but also help reducing plastic disposal into the environment both of which will reduce environment degradation.the plastic can be procured from houses & industries, recylced and converted into thermosetting plastic material that are hard and durable and can reduce maintenance cost.they don't melt easily and are stronger than wood.

Make Nagpur as the railway hub. As it connects all the part of country. Increase the frequency of trains to nagpur. So we can get the connecting train from nagpur.

Railways should come up with schemes where people pay upfront and use the facility later. The easiness with which a facility can be used should depend on certain constraints and the constraints should be advertised in realtime on sites, sms etc ; so that people come to know when the facilities are free and can use make use of them.
