Hard to say truth... We Indians still need to support Olympians of India before they won medal, not after they won medal. First of all we should support Narasingh yadav. No media even supported him nor us. How can he pass NADA but fail in WADA? No one take this as an serious issue. That's the problem. We don't support participants of Olympics and support winners of Olympics.

Sports Schools & colleges , should help nuture talent from ground root till they reach a stage of glory. This will also give respite to the parenets who feel if children get into sports they would not study and go uneducated . The school should be run and goverened by a mix of defence administrators and ex-sports people as coaches . This will also employ ex-sports people . Nominal fees should be charged and the ones who excell should get scholarships and will renew as they keep performing.

Abundance of talent available in this billion people young country. Keep reputed sports people as administrators and not politicians . The amount of administrators and politicians who benefit for being with the "sports authority of India" , the sports people dont. eg US sports people did not stay in the Brazilian sports village fearing zika virus , while our Indian athletes were reaching Brazil , just couple of days befoe the event. Stop politics in sports and India will go great.
