State of the art sports facilities spread across country which are equipped with latest technological support systems can act as a backbone for achieving this goal. I stay in capital city - still I have to struggle to get right platform / learning facility for my daughter in sports.
1. Target hi tech sport facilities in each city considering its population (like 1 per lakh or 10 lack population whatever is and achievable).
2. Involve private sector (setup sport academy of world class level)

We should conduct a tournament with all games playing in olymbic with name of "indian olymbic" and it should be telecast in sports channel to avoid politics in games.first of all we should fix the world record as the target for them. we should Identify a dedicated trainer for them. If any mistakes occur trainer should identify through higly hitech equipments.Govt should adopt first four person of all games in indian olympic. If a person achieving more than a world record he will deserve a medal.

It is clear that our present system is finding difficult to identify and bring the talents to the Olympic standards. As we are moving towards Digital India, it is suggested to create one web portal for sports in which players, coaches, government departments, sponsors need to register in this web portal. The players need to be ranked quarterly. In case of PV Sindhu during finals for Gold medal, she has played with left hand player and I do not know whether she has practiced with left hand player

(Contd..) Teach them Yoga to get focused concentration. Induce their power. Encourage. Educate. Provide good infrastructure. Set academies for every sport in a state. Train them, irrespective of their language, colour, religion. These are one way to inculcate and develop sports. Observe, in the next olympics, definitely we will improve our medals tally. No to corruption, recommendation.Only merit based talents should be identified.India has huge unrecognised talents from kashmir to Kanyakumari.

Identify, Pick, Nurture. These are 3 ways which should be followed perfectly. No entry for Politics, Recommendations. India is a country of huge talents. Dissolve the IOC. Appoint sincere and dedicated persons. We have sincere and dedicated persons in all areas. you have to identify them from their records. Go for a talent hunt. Let it take an year also. Coach them by paying salary. Provide them healthy food. Non-vegetarian is a must. Please don't ploticise this. A player needs stamina. (Contd.)

1. Pl. make sports and dedicated sports teacher complusory in all the schools.
2. Focus on Villagers boys and girls as they comparatively fit for any sports.
and having some naturalty.
3. Remove politicians , beaurocrates from sports centers (EG. SAI etc. ). Keep players only

Inspiration and practice are the most important things for performance in sports. Inspiration is there but if it's possible please provide good facilities. We can study how the athletes from countries like the USA are trained. For that a committee of people can be made (only 3 people overall) who can go to these countries and study what are the missing things in our training. But this committee should be formed with serious people like P. Gopichand and not with sarakari babu'.

Its very easy and simple but only We have to change the school time table and ptomote the games period as same as learning periods.eg- I have like badminton very much but I Cant play it in my schools and i didn't get any chance to showbmy talent because i dont have any platform to prove myself. All teachers are say that first focus on your study for games we have whole life but whenstudies finished we entered our busy life and forgot iT.MOST IMP IS ORGANISED GAMES PROGRAMES IN CITY LEVEL.
