Caring for your health should start at school level. This starts with physical fitness. We need to have good fitness programs in place for the children , this in turn will prevent lifestyle diseases and also we might get a few more athletes or olympians when we train our children right from the beginning. Whats the point of asking for cheaper drugs and equipment, lets not our children get these diseases in the first place.

Starting from WORLD HEALTH DAY ....all diagnostic gadgets and testing equipment for DIABETES should be free of all taxes such as Customs...excise...VAT and local body taxes. It is ironical on the part of any government to collect taxes from those who are suffering from this deadly disease . Lab tests are too expensive and therefore tests which are possible to be done at home should be encouraged. All Gloco-meters...testing strips ...BP meters.... should be tax free and if necessary, subsidized.

Strengths of all therapies including homeopathy,Patanjali Ayurveda / Kerala Ayurveda, mentology, reflexology etc need to be used to reduce cost of treatment and time lag. That means concept of personal therapy need, which will suit to medical condition, personal budget and location need to be evolved.

Nature cure is the way to go. It is cheap, based on time tested models and does not require external input and expensive machinery.

Administer psycho tests regularly in urban areas to ensure timely treatment because psycho patients with or without body malfunction may multiply because changes have side effects of stress / depression for people with fixed mind.
