any emergency number for petrol, kerosene , incase required at night or during emergency ?? Incase of flat tyres on highways, etc, there is lack of garages and staff . when travelling, it is a grave difficulty to obtain petrol, kerosene in absence of well-maintained highway garages, gas stations . ALso, in isolated areas, if more suitable alternatives that could be worked out, will be very helpful .

Drivers of buses, taxis, autos need to be educated about road rules and safety . Cabs , specially santors, - their locks are broken and only spring is kept . TO save on petrol , kerosene, let drivers become cautious and careful . How many drivers are educated even till STD 10th ?? LEt there be more awareness programmes on effective use of petrol, kerosene be consucted in villages, towns, talukas, districts, wherein the Panchayat or the taluka minister , impart positive new , uplifting thoughts

Hello Modi Sir, LEt there be rules for private cars, buses, taxis, autos, having once a week compulsory off ....to control traffic and obsession with buying big big cars, unsuitable for city roads. Also, conditions of trucks and heavy vehicles needs to be monitored, wherein bulky exterior can be replaced by alternative, lighter , sturdier , better qaulity raw material .

More frequent inspections on the commercial establishments, stricter punishments for usage of domestic cylinders as commercial,both on the distributor & the user will go a long way in curbing the diversion of LPG;

The sealing method of LPG cylinder is conventional and constant.If sealing of the LPG cylinder is improved to have a fool proof standard alike developed countries,we can save LPG and the life of the woman/family member.A FOOL PROOF SEALING WILL SAVE MILLIONS OF CU. Reduce subsidy.Price difference should be negligible.It would reduce the chances of diversion.
Incentives for dealer for selling offmarket would be reduced.

previously there were two types of kerosene available with dealers PDS, and industrial kerosene. once again it can be an option, but the pricing of industrial kerosene has to be lower than that of diesel, an open hand for selling of industrial kerosene. a viable working system for all involved in it.
A survey proclaimed 40% diversion in kerosene. make 20 % kota industrial and 80 % PDS in the existing allotments, but please price the industrial product at a rate where it can sell

If there is any infection in any part of the body the first attempt is to remove the infection by treating it properly, but my government is ready to amputate the body part, seems they are all educated from IIN (kerosene free), what about the people involved in the business, their families their means of lively hood, we live in a country having population of 120 crs, not that easy to find business oppor, and suddenly your 40 yrs old established business comes to a halt.

The greatest idea would be to bring down the involvement of state government into the public distribution system to a minimum, make the business viable for those who are involved in the business. For all the activities of present day PDS system the cost incurred for the work is much more than the profitability of the business, under such conditions you cannot expect any system to work without negativity, if the government does the same work what would be the cost of the manpower involved.
