Promoting Community Kitchen...
Procuring and Preparing RTE Food Items..
Cooking under Conditions, which tend to minimize the usage of LPG(viz. Pressure Cookers, Solar Cookers).
Focus should be on cooking a healthy Diet , and not tasty one. This will reduce the cooking time, also eliminate long hours of LPG usage

Every Cylinder must have a RIFD Tag or Plate with matching Tag on Customers Card. Customer Card also be a Digital one with Encyption Code or Details. Vendor or Delivery boy should get data trough POS machine connected with Mobile.

1. make LPG free from central and state excise duty on non subsidized LPG cylinder to reduce
its rate below subsidized LPG cylinder
2. allow private companies to enter in LPG market
3. ensure the same type of cylinder for all companies, so that consumer can freely choose and
change any company
4. remove the subsidy from LPG
5. remove 19 kg LPG cylinder from market
6. promote 5 kg refills cylinder, till now they are not available in every district

I'd like to inform that public has not been benefited by DBTL because cylinder distributor has started cheating by giving cylinder of less wt (10-11 kg), however real weight is 14 kg. They have weighting machine, but that is tempered. Distributor person told me that everyone, even owner of agency know about it.
I would like to propose solution, if you provide the digital wt machine, then this issue can be resolved. Please find the attached PDF for more steps to curb black of LPG. Thanks

If you want to reduce diversion of LPG and kerosene you have to arrange optional resources for them in market. It must be cheaper or equal to kerosene price as substitute of kerosene and same for LPG.
Secondly, if you would be able to promote uses of biogas, such as by giving subsidies on plants of biogas which will create awareness in peoples to use such energy resources.
Also, same for solar equipments, if you'd be able to do. I'm sure it will reduce diversions rather consumption of the two

Emphasis should be made in power generation with solar energy in each household by incentivising the householders by supplying solar generating equipments so that every household generates solar energy in their homes which cane be used for cooking on inducuction tops which will avoid usage of gases and as well sell the surplus electricity produced to transmission companies.
