Cont from previous blog, corruption also plays a big role, people who are selected do not want to lose out any opportunity which means perform in any way means the short cut way is always on cards..Make this sportsmen feel safe and then see there will be very few instance or may be no instance of doping. Merely strong punishment wont help..Understand why this people do this rather then what have they done.

People Dope so that they could succeed quickly in one shot. The real problem is not fame but the facility that we provide. This sportsmen think that Govt is of no use when it comes to any sports apart from CRICKET.Lets be honest govt does nothing.Look at the training facility, salary given,How will they survive in long term,If govt starts giving them full fledge support, sponsors then the moral is higher that if not this time then we have next chance as well.Even corruption plays role in selection.

REMOVE reservation in the name of caste and only have reservation in the name of INCOME. LETS HAVE INCOME based reservation. Means this would only help if you are poor and not to those who can afford education easily but use SC/ST/OBC etc caste certificate to get cheap education even though this ppl can afford that. If we have income based reservation then we ll have no agitation like gujjar in recent incident. This are bold and gutsy steps but will help India definitely.

Like in all secotr, here also reservation is major issue. From school itself cast or religion column should eliminated. Govt can help poor students but not according to cast. Govt schools quality can be improved by special attention.

The Program for Education and Awareness on Anti Doping in Sports (PEADS)can be made more effective amongst the rural area and budding athletes at school level in India, through developing a testing kit for the testing of steroid and other prohibited substances and providing this kit to the sports persons on a very nominal cost.Because in the disguise of Food supplements and multivitamins etc. steroid and other prohibited substances are easily
reaching to the budding athletes/sports persons.

Education awareness can get pace by the help youth force as under the flagship of NSS(National Service Scheme) we go to teach some underprivileged children but we could not them any Certificate or result or any legal proof to them so i think NSS society should do some arrangement for imparting proper education of these underpriveleged student as they are being taught by some of the brightest minds of the country i.e .these program are mostly run by the reputed collages like IIT ,NIT ,DTU,HBTI
