The Central Government Food Corporations should immediately conclude an agricultural agreement with the farmers. How special features of the new agricultural law will reach farmers if government agencies themselves are reluctant. The Government Food Corporation should immediately enter into an agreement with the farmers. The wheat and rice required for our ration shops in Tamil Nadu should be procured and supplied by the Food Corporation of India through an agricultural contract.

When planning something, every stakeholder must be critically taken care of.e.g. if government was planning to impose a nationwide complete lockdown, considering migrants mindset, government should have prepared for their food arrangments. There is plenty of foodgrains in warehouses and facility for cooking food is available in most of the government schools. by arranging logistics for transporting those foodgrains to all the migrant residing areas's schools, their food needs could have met.

good policy advises but more importantly on the processes and incentives to design and implement good policies themselves.

The reassertion of democracy became evident during 1975-77. India shifted from the
commanding heights of the public sector economy policy and slowly opted for integration of markets and moved on the path of capitalism beginning from 1991.
