As the Indian population continues to grow there will be an immense competition for natural resources while achieving food, nutritional, environmental and livelihood security in the country. In addition, the negative consequences of climate change become more evident in agriculture with exploitation of natural resources, decline in soil fertility, ground water levels to meet the ever increasing demands for food and nutritional requirements. To maintain sustainable balance between natural resources and the demand, immediate attention is needed in several areas viz., imbalanced use of fertilizers, declining soil organic carbon, lowering of water table, soil health, organic farming and climate change impact in agriculture sector.

Recent studies on soil biodiversity, rapid composting techniques, use of bio-filters for removal of heavy metals from compost, application of Nano sensors in agriculture to improve nutrient use efficiency, need based fortification of micro nutrients; availability of soil health card, conservation agriculture for enhancing soil health etc. will support sustainable management of natural resources in agriculture.

With a particular focus on scientific and technical understanding of natural resources management, this portal tries to incorporate stakeholders suggestions in achieving sustainable natural resources management.

Instead creating new spoiling resources by way of technology we call we try to disturb the mechanism which is nature will have effect of damage will be reciprocated with equal force .See the Mobile TEchnology has impaired the entire gloabal magnetic mechanism resulting in absence of birds and unnatural deaths happening. We call facility will impair survival.

As the nature is beyond what we know it has its own corrective mechanism thro natural calamities it will regulate the demand supply thro its process in general which we know sunami, earthquake. When the ecological imbalance happens the nature plays its role game,What we should know to live with resources of nature without much affecting them and live with it. When our life style changes to that way of life only we can survive with the nature.Mother Earth can tollerate to an extent only.

cooperative farming in some countries has changed the economy of some countries, but in our country degraded land/waste lands in rural areas are more. This disadvantage can be turned through cooperative Solar farming i.e.saffron revolution and with this kind of initiative waste land is converted into productive for countries power hungry and rural economy.

Extension services in Rural areas is very low in India.Farmers need to empowered with new technologies and methods for sustainable farming. We should not run for MSP race but improving the basic requirments of farmers which can increase the productivity which is low now. Farm to Lab connectivity to be increased and creating awareness about the ill effects of unsustainalble agri practices is need of hour. Need is Permaculture with more sustainability and economical. R&D is must for this.
