No one wants to leave their own country and go abroad but we have to because government doesn't look after us. I am an NRI and I strongly say that we don't have opportunities to grow there are no minimum wages there is a huge difference in classification of jobs there is a poor quota system we spent lakhs of rupees going to private schools as there are no good government schools. In Germany education is free so why can't we have it.

Sir, In india there are lots of people who does not have jobs .iske piche ye reason nhi hai ki they donot have talent but becouse of casteism reservation they donot have jobs in their hand .sir india me reservation ke chalte na jane kitne student sucide kar lete hai uoo exam toh paas kar lete hai but college nhi milti ..jaise iit general cuttoff -105 obc-68 sc/st-40 abb ye sbb kya karenge invent jo 40 marks pe iit me addmission le rahe hai or general caste 105 number aane ke baad bhi iits nhi

pmo sir mai apke har state me nic ke medium se many project here runing ..but one problem jitne bi engineer work ksr rshe hsi unke qulification ke hisab se sallary paccakge nahi mil raha hai...usme se third party paisa cut kar deati hai aap ham logo ke dukh ko samje ..ham sab yova genration ko aap se bhaut saha hai.aap ham logo ki help jaroor karenge pmo sir......

Dear sandeep, we need to bother intelligent drain who creates new ideas towards excellence. Your idea is good.But Brilliance are follower they cannot create, they can just follow the intelligence. So worry about intelligent drain.

I believe main setbacks are lack of safety, ease of life, unfriendly behaviour and unhealthy professional life instead of money. I will suggest, increase cop to people ratio, make cop smart, improve judicial system to see resolution in 30 days to 1 year time frame, higher monetary liability like in US to bring discipline, media to be regulated to create positive attitude
