How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

An OBC player scoring 60 runs should be declared as a century. We should influence ICC and make rules so that the pace bowlers like Shoaib Akhtar should not bowl fast balls to our OBC player. Bowlers should bowl maximum speed of 80 kilometer per hour to an OBC player. Any delivery above this speed should be made illegal. Also we should have reservation in Olympics. In the 100 meters race, an OBC player should be given a gold medal if he runs 80 meters.

There can be reservation in Government jobs also. Let's recruit SC/ST and OBC pilots for aircrafts which are carrying the ministers and politicians (that can really help the country.. )Ensure that only SC/ST and OBC doctors do the operations for the ministers and other politicians. (Another way of saving the country..) Let's be creative and think of ways and means to guide INDIA forward... Let's show the world that INDIA is a GREAT country. Let's be proud of being an INDIAN..

What is the point of having schools with no quality education and poor people in cities wasting their hard earned money on the same. So for good quality education and and literacy, emploment and overal development of the nation we need beetr pay and quality of teachers at every level. I have lost a good professor to corporate world because of his pay. Teahcers also focus more on tutions then in schools becoz of this. So please look into it.

Improve the pay scale of teachers at every level in schools colleges and doctorate levels. This would motivate students to take up teaching as a professiona and not just go after corporate sector. We have a very poor student teacher ration in both urban and rural india There should be strong vigilance on every schools. I have come across a lot of schools with poor qualty where even a 8 th class student can not form sentences and these are schools for the labour class.

Sir, I want to work for the nation and in particular the defense sector. We need to encourage the youth to participate because right now we feel that any government job in any governement will require a bribe. Also make the public sector job more lucrative and paying better than the private sector. Then the best will come and work,`

Several senior professors in the US want to return. They are not put off by the salary offered by Indian universities. However, they are discouraged by the bureaucratic process of approvals to do anything there, and by the poor allotments to set up new labs. IITs give up to 20 lakh for new labs while Chinese univs give at least USD 1 mn. Govt has sufficient funds but IIT admins are limited by imagination. Admin reforms at Edu institutes enabling freer and higher infra spend will attract talent.

Hello Sir, India is a holy/Vedic/Dharmic country. Our bad luck is that there are thousends of temples do not having dhoop/dheep in them. Our greatest endowment department is looking over high income temples by leaving other small temples as orphans. it is ridiculous the devotional places are neglected. No need of any Gov grants, but need to utilize income generated in big temples to look after all other temples in India. There is a need of making this mechanism as autonomous to do this.

Terrorist brain wash youth and children if they can then why should not brain wash our youth and children our future injecting true nationalism through compulsory military education and pointing that rich countries are trying to make them more rich and use more poor things British used to do but in a new way we call it as neo colonialism. There should be a common enemy it may be rich countries.
