Simple way to avoid wastage, store minimum, sell them maximum. In Surat city, there are more than 50 subzi mandi in very small area covering entire city. As a result, sellers can sell their vegetables maximum and also at cheaper price. Small farmers should unite together, sell their vegetables directly to market instead of giving to mediator or wholeseller.

The animals are currently eating this food, however, it is not a managed process - so the stray animals like cows will eat from the rubbish bin. However, if the food was put into proper feeding trays, then cattle herders could bring their animals to the bhajji mandai and they would eat all the vegetables and greens wastage - in a more managed way.
