India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Make urine/blood test as mandatory process while treating a person with fever and thus if any HIV antibodies present in urine will get identified in their initial stages itself. This has to be implemented across all the hospitals/clinics/doctors.. All India medical governing body can issue notice to all those involved in diagnsing such diseases. Periodic audits involved with huge penalties for those who fail to comply with this norms.

hello admin, i want to express my concern regarding policy of insurance of two wheeler vehicles.. sir, i suggest that the govt should collect the insurance at ones when the vehicle is owned with collaboration with insurance companies.in order to avoid fines and lapses to the owner/rider of the vehicle.to benefit the owner the state taxes should be reduced, and the reduced amount should be collected by the insurance company on the basis of PPP(PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP). THANKING YOU.

Government should encourage the preventive health check-ups for all people through some insurance policy for PPP model, it will help to diagnose any illness and people will cure them,

We need to concentration on service sector as well. The every 1 rupee manufacturing output requires 20 paisa of services like logistics, advertising, communication etc. Service inputs make up an increasing amount of manufacturing activity. In some manufacturing industries, more than half of all employees work in service roles, such as R&D engineers & office-support staff. We must develop our film & advertisement industry at global platform, we sure have a low cost advantage of film & adv production

A common or other party man commits offence , and if BJP SAINIK IS FOUND GUILTY,DOUBLE OF THE PUNISHMENT HE OR SHE WILL BE LIABLE. IF YOU MAY PLEASE MAKE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT NO PARTY PERSON WILL DARE TO LIFT A STEP TOWARDS CURRUPTION. Dismissal or suspension orders may please be issued accordingly to the guilty personnel of the country. At Gram panchayat level great amount of corruption is in vogue all over the country approx. 10,00000/- per G.P. A rapid action plan needed to digout theft.

SIR, HYBRID VEGETABLES AND FRUITS CONTAMINATED WITH PESTICIDES AND HORMONAL CHEMICALS TO GROW FASTER ARE THE MOST RESPONSIBLE FACTOR FOR DEGRADING HEALTH OF INDIANS. I SUGGEST REPLACING THESE CHEMICALS WITH NATURAL ALTERNATIVES & ALSO IMMEDIATE BAN PESTICIDES AND CHEMICAL FERTILIZERS. THANK YOU
