India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Dear sir,in the present scenerio, drinking water is becoming more important in town & villages because of underground water crisis.I feel that the Builders who are constructing high rise Apartments nearby the Residential places where the poor people are making their single storey building with very hardship and do not get water in their well or there is no water supply by the Govt.In these places the Builders must be asked to provide water from their deep borewell to 10-15 houses nearby.

For Cleaning of INDIA MAKING INDIA SWACHHA BHARAT,It is right that the people of India must get awareness for this. But,apart from this the administration who are responsible for cleaning the city & township must be strengthen and taken into task for their negligency in their work. For an example if a dead Dog or any animal is lying on road,it is seen that these remains on road for quite long time till these are rolled by vehicles. So,the duty of the department is more important who are paid for it

For Control of Price rise in our day to day requirement, the advertisement of soaps, toothpaste, cement,Reinf.Bar,oil etc which the people of India need everyday must be banned to give advertisement by the Celebrities like Actor&Actress,Cricket Players etc in the Media like TV Ad.& Radio. The Ad by them increases the cost of the article a lot which is to be taken from the pocket of the poor people. If at all the Ad is required to be given, the Ad should be given by the Head of the manufacturer.

The admissions’ procedure to centrally funded engineering institutes like NITs has ruined the careers of two entire batches of students till date, as per the opinion of numerous teachers; they say that it promotes mediocrity. The matter is sub-judice. However, is it not possible to expedite the legal process since more batches will be affected?
