i strongly believe that if the talent of the students like iitians nitians and aiims is used for the nation's developement the india will the next world super power.right now every brilliant student get offer from facebook, twitter. and our talent is used by these type of companies.if they can utilize them to become world's richest companies then why aren't we? if govt. offers the students(iiitians and nitians) to the education field as a teacher. this thing can be proved in Kota.

In Tamil Nadu we have libraries in almost every village. But that is not enough. We should bring the horse to the pond and make it drink water too. Schemes and plans should be put before the village youth proposing newer methods of gathering relevant info. Discussion forums guided by professors in college level can also initiate a healthy start. These libraries and discussion forums can help identify social consciousness, awareness of health issues, contemporary social problems, and values.

Social Values can be inculcated by mother. Innocent mind can be trained in much better way than at youth age. education plays vital role.arrogance and casual approach cannot change youth. there has to be natural voice within which starts from mother teacher and family members

An humble request to our hon’ble Prime Minster The background of budget 2015 is to be like this The country had huge expectations from Budget in 2014. But as there was no time to prepare and discuss all issues, the budget presented was accepted half=heartedly by the people and corporates. If the budget for the year 2015 fails to address 75% of the expectations, it will weaken the government for next 2 years and we are left with 1 full budget before next election in 2019. Hence this budget 2015 is crucial for the present government. All the strong mandate earned by the ruling party will evaporate if the measures announced in the budget are half-hearted. It has to be big, massive to partially satisfy the huge expectation of the public and industry. Please do not get influenced by finance ministry officials who will always be conservative and status quo will be maintained. If the budget is weak and do not address the expectations, the opposition will become stronger and will make the government claim for one more term of 5 years weak.

Dear Prime Minister, Sir, We have fully aware you are leading with example. We also know you have a political party to manage. Political parties are designed to help perpetuate greed, ego, influence and power over masses, intellectual and others alike. This needs to change. You need to re-write the "internal constitution" of the ruling party - have many more (all, if possible) exemplary leaders in place. Try an ISO9001-like quality assurance within the Cabinet! Let there be an an audit!!

Leading by example is not easy. We need to give up our greed & ego - 2 things that lead us to talk something else and act another: mostly trying to hide our greed from public. We ask people to "sacrifice" but ourselves partake resources. Greed makes us grab that which belongs to others. Charity begins at home - any change expected in public value system needs to begin with leadership. If our leaders exemplify first to themselves, public will follow exactly thus. Will take time, but not so much.
