They are required to arrange, man, record a manual and performance of each member of group. The verocity of program should increase with experience of participants. This way trained persons may be used to enhance the quality of services, developing experience and planning carrier of the student.

Youth for nation building: Social Awareness and Service should be made a compulsory subject from 6th level onwards. Jobs / Services available should be classified in broad groups viz. Internal and external security, education, financial institutions, public health, judicial system, manufacturing and mining etc. Our all such sectors already have some training system in place. मोहल्ला समितियां बने. ये संस्थागत तरीके से मॉनिटर हो. इन समितियों की हर रविवार को सभाएँ हो. जिस प्रकार राहगीरी मॉडेल चल रहा हैं. इन सभाओं का कार्यक्रम दिशा निर्देशित हो. आम समाजिक समस्याओं पर चर्चा हो. इस समिति में सरकारी कर्मचारियो की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य हो. डी एम अपने क्षेत्र की रेपोर्ट आगे प्रेषित करे. इनमें सहृदय भाग लेने वाले छात्रों को उनके विद्यालय सम्मानित करे. परीक्षा में इस भागेदारी के भी कुछ नंबर हो. साथ ही जुवेनाइल कोर्टस असमाजिक तत्वों के साथ सख्ती से निपटे. बिना दया इनका नमूना बने

they won't listen if you teach values in a class,instead in a world addicted to social networking use those social networking sites as aid to teach them the values,they will listen if the heros they admire tell them regarding these values,spreading stories of good deeds through facebook,twitter,etc will be a good method to reach the youth.Media, let it be tv or newspaper is another way to reach them,instead of posting spicy news if they concentrate on stories with moral value,it can bring change

We can do this easily. We have to create values,disciplines among youth from childhood.I am of the opinion that in all the govt schools moral science and social responsibility class should be started to inject the responsibility of us to our society from class1 to 10th. This can be once in a week by through vedio which will also create interest among students to attend school and to be a part of our mission to develop our own world.

There must be gurukuls / vocational training camps conducted in every village and districts to impart moral and value based education to youth - dharma Rajya parikalpana of late deendayal upadhyaya.

In my opinion the social values can only be instilled in youth at childhood age. For that we need best teachers at the kinder garden and primary level. I strongly feel that these teachers need to be valued and credited in comparison to others teachers. With all due respect to all the teachers, I think these primary level teachers play a very crucial role in foundation building of the society. I would suggest an all India teaching services to attract best talent for the job.
