It's simple build flyovers and make the more police control over there.

The main reason is that the police in that city is not powerful. The police men are not taking care if the vehicle is overloaded or not in proper condition. In most of the cities, autos carry more than 5 people when only 3 passengers are allowed. In Mumbai the traffic is very disciplined as the police is very powerful. Meter taxis or autos must be encouraged in DadraandNagar Haveli.

On traffic safety in general, is it not possible to make it a requirement that vehicles sold in India should have capacity to travel upto the maximum speed prescribed for our highways. The exception being requirements of Ambulances, Army and Security related vehicles

Public transport such as metro should be created as a viable option. Government can also levy surcharge on petrol/diesel of say Rs 2/litre where metro is in operation. These funds can be used for metro operations and will also discourage people to use private vehicles. This can in fact be used across the country #MyGov

Simple one line solution,"Enable the temporary basket full of cushions" What I mean by that is generate a tree passer area from the edge of the plastic place to finite distance. That means when ever there is a increased traffic in any area there you should leave the net correspondence through volume travelling in that area displayed on the boards. This will make sure people travelling through that area will have access to how many vehcles or buses or volume is currently passing through that area
