New Motor Vehicle Act is to be introduced in the budget session of parliament next month. It would be worthwhile if following suggestion is considered. “No licence would be insisted/necessary for the Gearless Two wheeler owner if the vehicle he possess stands in his/her name for 2 yrs or more OR RTA issue the vehicle owner the Driving Licence without conducting any test/trial at RTO office or else it may be optional”. By enacting above, harassment by RTO, would be curtailed automatically.

Ex service men should be directly inducted in central security forces like crpf, cisf, rpf or the traffic or state police of uts since the retirement age is 38 for army and 60 in other forces. These guys are trained and recieve pension and constitute a big force which can be used here straightaway after their successful completion of army services. This will improve the quality of people joining the army since they will have job security tool 60 and give additional cheap force to the government

# Introduce Share Autos (like in Chennai) intensively. # No school kid must be allowed to come in private vehicle (unless permission of Principal is obtained on a valid reason - which should be ratified with local traffic authority) and schools must provide free school bus facility. # all Private and govt offices must introduce cab facility with cab charges bot more than Auto riksha fare to the place on meter or not more than 20 % of bus fare. # Intensify Public transport, promote carpooling.

Identify the times at which traffic jams in general occur and in which area it happen. Appoint some traffic police at that time and stop encroachment of people during that time. A circular can be issued stating time at which those shops which are encroaching can not be set up .
