genext wants to join the politics but problem is that there is no future for them in politics. There is no opportunity for them. So please create such an environment so that every young bud of INDIA should feel that if he/she has the potential to lead INDIA, they would get the opportunity to lead. there should be certain measures to get into politics and every corrupt should be treated on the same measures.

Sir, my proposal is there should be a common entrance exam in each 3/4 year and the qualified candidate are only allowed take one year training about administration just like UPSC main exam. the qualified candidates are to file there nomination for election from political parties if they elected in election then they will work as MLA/MP if defeated or not able to file nomination then they have to work as volunteers in MyGov for nest five years and to find all type of benefits like MLA/MP

My view is that today youth and people of younger generation are lazy to vote in the elections even when the offices are declared holiday.I am telling about the statistics in grown up cities and state capitals during the recent elections. They are not bothered about elections, politics and governance.

We should have a limited level of political unions in schools and colleges. There should be groups in schools and colleges to discuss the legislations and governmental policies as if in a parliament in each class room. Students should be encouraged to criticise and point out the illegalities if and when meted out to them. If the British had stringently banned politics in educational institutions and banned meetings and processions, we would not have gained independence even,.

In Govt Research dept in Mumbai, Top officers near & dear of Apex Management retire at 62-64 yrs. Officers are further continued for 1 yr as OSD. Officers are further continued for 3-5 yrs as fellows & are paid Rs 45000/ month. Fellow persons attend office for a day in a month. There is huge/excess manpower in dept & without adequate work. Relatively Youngsters may be given opportunity to serve.

Eliminating bribe, corruption in all govt offices vital for country development. To achieve this there should be a watch dog which randomly picks any dept on daily basis, for any city or village & verify dept recent works,if they found any malpractice dismiss all the culprits on the same day & publish their crime in public website. This will create fear for all govt officials & make them to follow protocol strictly.Important Dept are Income tax, police, railway, food adulteration, medicine, shipping, air.

1.Participation of youth can be started through schools, by organizing periodic meets, quizzes, debates, article writing competitions, seminars, etc. 2.Each Indian Youth has a perception towards Indian development, they need a platform to express. Through Vivekananda Youth centers, students could be included in Governance & Politics. 3.Govt need to connect to youth directly through social media, volunteers can be appointed to interact with students on Ground(direct/public interaction.)
