Digital locker can be more effective with Mobile SIM based single signon authentication plus linked to AADHAAR card with add/edit can bring the real flexibility to documents everytime everywhere. SIM single sign on will also support the future generation of IOT/M2M ecosystem integrating the digital locker as the central store for all documents/trade registrations/transactions/services. This will make digital locker support soft SIM/embedded SIM to enable the 3rd party access & security servi
It is not possible for anyone to register without having phone number registered with aadhar number. Neither it is easy to update the phone number in UIDAI website.
Please include option to register with ANY PHONE NUMBER for those who don't have registered one.
PL INTRODUCE THIS FACILITY TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH DEPARTMENT OF POSTS. BECAUSE OVER ONE LAKH FIFTY THOUSAND POST OFFICES LOCATING EVERY NOOK AND CORNER OF INDIA. JEEVAN PRMAN FACILITY ALSO START THROUGH DEPARTMENT OF POSTS. LARGE NUMBER OF PENSIONERS GET THEIR PENSION FROM POSTAL DEPARTMENT. BSNL.TELECOM.RAILWAY.POSTAL NOW PAID THROUGH DEPARTMENT OF POSTS

It's good , but will be much better if u make a way to digitalize all important marksheets like 10th board 12 board, graduation, post graduation , etc . it would be really helpfull as it would alter the fear of losing such documents.
Digital locker is a well thought out step which will reduce so many hassles from our day to day life as well as well as during any emergency.
#1)As suggested already,link the Aadhar number to mail id & mobile
#2)Once a document is stored in the locker,it can be made available to any of the verification process viz For eg, when he opts for verifying the same with university in case he applies for an abroad job,the university should be able to respond without his visiting to the university!

Its good movement toward digitalisation. Digilocker concept is good concept of making your personal/Govt docs all under one roof. It will help all of us to be paper free. It will save Environment too...
It is good that our PM is visiting Isreal also during his tour. We should seek guidance from it how to deal with terrorism.
