Draft guidelines for Skills Universities are formulated by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) in consultation with multiple stakeholders including Skills Universities. These are placed on the MSDE website for comments/ feedback.

Comments and suggestions may be sent at paritosh.gupta95@nic.in or submitted on MyGov.in by 21st October 2018.

National Policy for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship 2015 emphasized the importance of Skills Universities to be promoted either as de-novo institutions or as a part of existing university landscape. Further, in the wake of Skill India Mission, a number of universities with the nomenclature of “Skills Universities” have come up. However, they are following different norms and varying nomenclature for the degrees awarded, in the absence of common standards in the skills arena.

Skills based education differs from its general counterpart in terms of curriculum, pedagogy, faculty, mode of delivery, eligibility and assessment criteria, etc. and thus, would require a separate set of norms. The purpose of these guidelines is to lay down minimum norms for the establishment and functioning of Skills Universities to ensure adherence to minimum standards as India ventures into these new skilling avenues.

These guidelines do not intend to supersede the extant UGC norms regarding the regulation of higher education in India.

मान्यवर, सभी तकनीकी व अन्य योग्य लोगो को चिह्नित कर विदेशी देशो से संधि कर भारत सरकार के माध्यम से हमारे लोगो को विदेशो मे रोजगार उपलब्ध कराये।ताकि विदेशी मुद्रा व रोजगार उपलब्ध हो सके।और जीवन स्तर मे सुधार हो

मान्यवर, सभी तकनीकी व अन्य योग्य लोगो को चिह्नित कर विदेशी देशो से संधि कर भारत सरकार के माध्यम से हमारे लोगो को विदेशो मे रोजगार उपलब्ध कराये।ताकि विदेशी मुद्रा व रोजगार उपलब्ध हो सके।और जीवन स्तर मे सुधार हो।

Sir i have complited crafts instructor training certificate in draughtsman mech.trade .and i confused about certificate is not compulsory in madhypradesh training officers vacancy .so i also want this training certificate is also done compulsory in m.p. Training officers recruitment vacancy in 2019.

भारतवर्ष के समस्त नागरिकों को पवन रामपुरिया का सादर नमन। मेरा मानना है कि अपने देश के युवाओं में योग्यता की कोई कमी नहीं है। असल बात यह है कि हम प्रकृति को समझने की कोशिश नहीं कर रहे हैं। प्रकृति ने हमें गुण दिए, कौशल दिया,उसको निखारने की योग्यता दी। परन्तु हम धन-दौलत के प्रभाव में सब भूल जाते हैं। लेकिन आज के परिवेश में जीवन को सरल बनाने के लिए धन की आवश्यकता भी होती है। अतः मेरा निवेदन है कि सरकारी तन्त्र को सुधारो।धन लोलुपता रखने वाले लोगों को शासन से दूर रखो। कुशलता का सम्मान करो।

Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh were have tridential rainfall very years. Now they have some what solved the problem. But in Odisha for last twenty years, we are facing the problems are growing but no steps are taken to counter the menus. The sea coast have to wall by multistorey buildings. Like Gulf of Mexico, we are facing this problem. This is called Skil and development of the State. But our government is busy on flyover. No doubt we need flyover but our vehicle are not fit to run. Highest accident

I think basic problems regarding the skill development in the people due to the education policy currently runner.we must have to implement such education policy which focuses on the skill development from the very beginning of the schools which is shown in the developed country as well. At university level government have to spend a bigger budget part on the skill development for the institution except IIT & medical colleges.

पारंपारिक विद्यापीठ मे B.A BCOM BSC मे भाषा विषय कम करके एक तकनीकी विषय के साथ पदवी प्रदान करनी चाहीय. साऊथ कोरिया जपान जर्मनी के उच्च शिक्षा अौर तकनीकी पाठयक्रम को पांरपारिक अौर तकनीक शिक्षा मे उपयोग मे लाना चाहीय. हर विदयापीठ engineering college मे उद्योजकता अौर तकनीकी डिजाइन सहकार्यता केंद्र अौर skill center को बेहतर quality बनानी होगी. विदयापीठ मे नये तकनीकी कोर्स बढाकर पारंपारिक विद्यापीठ की संख्या कम करना.

मा. प्रधान मंत्रीजी मुझे लगता है ऐसा जिवन विकास कौशल्य का शिक्षण होना चाहीए की जिसका उपयोग करके बच्तचे स्वयंम का रोजगार निर्माण कर सके! क्योंकी महात्मा गांधी के मतानुसार "जो मेरा समाज मे होता है वो मेरे स्कुल मे नही पढाया जाता है, और जो मेरे स्कुल मे पढाया जाता है वो मेरे समाज मे कभी नही होता है!" इसका सरल अर्थ यह है की ,समाज ,जिवन ,रोजगार, और शिक्षण इसका मेल हमारे शिक्षण पध्दती मे होना चाहीए ऐसा मुझे लगता है!
