"Population control". We are growing in number as if we will get some gallantry award for this. Whenever I think abt probs paralyzing India I always feel the root cause is "number".Civilians of this country want everything infrastructure, jobs, clean country, Zero pollution, Food safety, lot many subsidies, loan wave off & the list goes on. But do we ever think that with limited land and limted natural resources how is it possible. How Govt. will fulfill everyone's need.

I feel that the issue of development of R&D sector in India should be addressed. There is a dearth of quality research in the field of life sciences in India. Given its demographic dividend India has the potential of being among the top countries in the world in the field of science and technology but due to less opportunities and complex government procedures young talent is attracted to other nations. Students should be motivated to take up field of pure & interdisciplinary science as a career

My second suggestion is: 2.National Job Server-there are plenty of jobs in private organised & unorganized sectors & there is acute shortage of skilled manpower.there are times when we couldn't fill single vacancy for more than six months. In the lower & middle level companies, finding suitable candidates is a upheal task.So if we have National Job register, where people from private sectors can post their requirements of all kind then it would be easier for them to get the desired candidates.
