In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Sir, can the policy draft also include a provision for presenting the data in different Indian languages other than English?

While presenting the data via Open API, can the policy draft also say presentation of data for differently-abled people like visually impaired or hearing impaired? There must be a way to present the data accessible to such people as well.

Sir, for Open API Implementation, can you please add in the policy draft for 2 terminologies, 'demand' and 'supply' fin every area where API data set is presented. For example, if data set has been presented for how many passports have been issued(which is a demand here), in a region against number of Passport seva kendras in that area(supply). Such kind of data presented at APIs will help in better governance over a period of time. Also time taken for execution of tasks, clearances would help.

SIR , ALSO FOR MATERS RELATED TO SUCH OFFENCES , OF SPREADING LITTER , WHICH DISMANTLES THE BASE OF SWACH BHARAT ABHIYAN ,SEPARATE COURT , OR A SUB DIVISION , TO LOOK AFTER ONLY SUCH MATTERS , IN THE EXISTING COURTS MAY BE MADE , SO THAT THE WHOLE PROCESS IS SPEED ED UP ., KINDLY LOOK INTO THE SUGGESTIONS SIR THANKYOU

SIR , PUNISHMENT FOR SPREADING LITTER COULD ALSO BE GIVEN IN NON MONETARY TERMS TO THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO PAY , BY MAKING THEM CLEAN 10 NEW SPOTS , UNDER SUPERVISION .

SIR , FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS TO BE SUCCESSFUL , A FINE MAY BE IPLEMENTED ON THE PERSON SPREADING LITTER , AND THE TOTAL SUM COLLECTED MAY BE DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS , PART ONE GOES TO PM RELIF FUND , AND PART TWO GOES TO THE PERSON WHO BRINGS OUT THE ACT OF THE OFFENDER THROUGH THE MEANS OF MULTIMEDIA.

Respected Modi ji ,please implement making fresh passport procedure.i applied tatkal passport but they hav taken 2 month yet I did get my passport.people are very frustrated with our gov.working procedure.they doesn't guid coordinate.or again again chacker karate rahte h.police varification k baad bhi ab tak meri report forward nahi ki h.report send karne k bhi thane me riswat lete h.na de to report send hi nahi hogi tumhe kisi na kisi mudde par kam ko rok diyaa jaata h kab hoga ye sudhar.
