In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

The highways and roads are literally squeezed to less than half at some toll nakas. People travelling from Miraroad to Dahisar have to pay a toll of Rs: 35 and incur a loss on account of fuel and man hours. Whereas people travelling from Dahisar to colaba and mulund to colaba have to pay nothing. Isn't it illogical and unreasonable?

Toll Naka in Dahisar Mumbai Maharashtra. During to and fro journey in and outside Mumbai mostly the traffic is ok but it gets absolutely stuck at the Toll Naka leading to a lot of wastage of costly fuel (which increases our import bill) and invaluable man hours. The institutions collecting the toll should be held accountable for this waste of money and man hours. Of late they have increase the toll charges but i donot see any improvement in the facilities to the citizens.

Why TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) gives orders to Telecom companies to charge extra money for calls and SMS only on Hindu Festivals but not Muslim Festivals? Why TRAI is victimizing only Hindu on Hindu Festivals? Why TRAI is not charging extra money for calls on EID or other Muslim Festivals? This is showing disrespect to Hindu Religion and Festivals. Stop this kind of discrimination against Hindu Religion in India. Now we want justice. Recently, I have filed RTI against TRAI.

How a citizen of Thiruvanathapuram implement swach bharath? There is no garbage processing units here.The mountains of wastes developed in almost all areas. The main rivers Karamana river, Kilii river,Parvathi Puthanar and amayizhanjan canal are filled with garbage and plastics. Even, there is no authorize slaughtering house in this Capital.Each Market in Capital killed the animals brutally & openly with in the market premise & sold without any health ivestigations

Dear sir main ye bolna chahunga k agar ek dustbin hr street k corner pr hoga to for sure hr aadmi cold drink ki bottle aadi ussi k ander daalega ..pr agar usse pta h ki aage dustbin hi nahi milega to vo use kahi b fek dega ... Sir main bolna chahta hu k hme logo ko assure krna pdega ki aap kude ko aise hi mt feko agle mod pe dustbin h .. Thank you

We should have to developed new research centres of electronics in different parts of country.These research centres should be well equipped and should be in reach of common people.Appoint new officers in all the distict,who estlabish the communication between local people,researchers,engineering students etc.we should have to develop environment of digital electronics.The major problem in our country is the problem of goverment's grant,so mr prime minister i request you to solve this problem..

A new security system should be developed in india.we have make our own operting system in our own language.For the digital india goverment should have to provide subsidy on the electronics parts(gates and flip flops etc). BASIC ELECTRONICS OR APPLIED ELECTRONICS should be included in the course of school students.

Dear modi gi, last 60 years so many govt have tried to eradicate rural ism and development for schedule caste and tribe(SC,ST) and till yet you have been giving a bulk amount only for his work instead of this,target only 5 to 6 state to make completely urbanized and remove all kind of reservation from that state and make them all equal and develop state and no rural scheme will be implement for that state, that will be your achievement.And You can't eradicate all above the things at a time.

Abnormal rates of leased lines to be reduced to affordable rates and by considering economic conditiions and purchasing power complete removal of all types of taxes are needed
