My idea to digitize India is to study various country systems how they have implemented. I live in Netherlands and according to me there is a lot of systems we can utilize for our country mainly in municipalities, corporations etc which will minimize time for citizens and effective governance and income to Government. My suggestion to make a special team headed by Indian Embassy in Netherlands to study and adapt to our system & I'm ready to work for the government if required.

Dear Sir, The idea of Digital India is a good initiative by the government, one small addition shall be done by government i.e all the documents or letters that has already been or being issued by various departments shall be digitized so that one can access it at any point of time (when the real requirement arises i.e. at the time of any disaster). the most important of them are voter identity card, passport and ration card.

Moreover, since a long time most of available Services/activities on this site are "Non-functional" or shown as "Under Construction" since the beginning. It is a shameful activity on part of the concerned Govt. to provide INACTIVE contact addresses for its citizens.

Problem - In India so many information’s are available online but all are in scattered way. They should bring under one umbrella. Unavailability of real time data of any person, organisation, and institution or government agencies at single point online, is the main cause of all types of frauds, cheating, failure and biggest barrier for growth of the country. Just by implementing the idea of single point digitisation will eliminate the country 95% problems. Idea – generate a unique identification number for each person, organisation, institutions etc. This number will be single point ID of each and every one of this country. This number will be linked with other information which can be added or modified as per need. Ones these numbers will we entered in website it will display all the information of concerned person or organisation. Like PAN card no, passport no, bank account no, address, ration card number, addahar card number, driving licence details, insurance policy details, job details, shop details, land details, post office details, saving details ,medical and heath etc. Same will be applicable with organisation and institutions. It will be mandatory to use this ID number everywhere. Execution plan –India is a very big country with about 670 districts. All idea failed just due to implementation time took years. To implement the idea we have to work in three teams. One online team, one offline team and third website team.. Per district 100 persons will be trained. Suppose around 67000 persons. Training will be conducted at one place. After that per distt 50 persons will be send with a mobile van equipped with all necessary accessories. This team will collect the data of all persons of respective distt. Meanwhile offline team containing 50 members will entry the offline data of respective deptt. A third team will work to make all departments online. While most of departments are online now. in spite of that contract will also given to private agencies to generate ID with all necessary details. Final Implementation – A lead period of 9 months will be decided. It is suppose that after 9 months all offline data is feeded, all depts. are online and all data of India has been stored. This all will be uploaded to website. Persons who has been not included in this can enrolled them self nearby private agencies. This will create a new history in india.

i think we need some program like Saksharatha mission(Literacy Mission in Kerala which was great sucess) to educate people on internet. we have to develop simple apps for those who don't understand internet. plus we need a cyber warfare cell to keep our internet safe from intruders
