In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

and spread it all around the dustbin making it impossible for people to reach the dustbin because of the whole dirt surrounding the bins because of it. We need to take some action to stop the animals entering the city area, and this requires brave action which needs to be taken on our gwala (milkman) bhais. People put all the effort to keep their area clean but all goes invain once these animals enter the area.

Suggestion regarding the street light maintenance.Huge power wastage happening in the cities and towns.Instead there can be 3 small instruments which is really worth of Rs. 1200( in market now): 1: Light detective sensor cost Rs.500(in market) which will switch 'ON' automatically evening.Capacity 12 LED bulbs/Sensor. Material 2: Solar panels can be installed on the top of the LED bulbs cost 400Rs. Material 3: White LED bulbs (Cost effective) I stay in Germany,I can see this infront of my house.

Dear Sir, I would like to share my views regarding swachh Bharat mission. What I have found from my observation - It is not possible to clean any region, city or country just by putting bins everywhere. People are aware and they very much understand and co-operate the movement started by you. Major issue is the street animals which are spread all over the country. I found that all the kachras and dirts are spread by street dogs, cows and pigs which take out the polybags from bins....

Cont from P/2 To make the good use of the noble objectives as gestured in the bye laws of ANIIDCO, opening of modern green shops, modern fish outlets, petrol outlets, development of playgrounds, development of tourism, modern multiplex should be taken up instead of opening wine shops. If the wine shops are replaced by the aforesaid aspects, people will find new means of entertainment and the evil of drugs will not affect the future of the young generation.

ANIIDCO was incorporated on 28/06/1988 under the Companies Act 1956 for rapid economic growth of the Islands. The main objective of the corporation is to develop and commercially exploit the natural resources for the balanced and environment friendly development of the territory.But, in the present scenario the main objective of ANIIDCO is focused only on liquor business. New wine shop/bars are coming up rapidly forcing the islanders especially the young generation to indulge in immoralities.P/2

Sir,To Bring Transparency We Will Need To Bring All Things On Digital Platforms.My Idea Is to Add One This In This Digital World That Is Start E-Voting System Along With The Manual Process. There Should Be 3 Ways of Voting For Every Election That Is Through Online Voting / Voting Through SMS / Manual Voting......One Can Vote By Just Mentioning Their Name Birth date & Voting Id No,Or Any Which is Safe And Viable.This Can Increase Number of Voters & Can Bring Genuine Voters.-Raja Bhatia

To begin with we may open Api for aadhar for other state and central agencies to hook there system with aadhar. Aadhar should become ultimate identity for every indian and empanelment may be automatic based on birth cerificate. Pension and voting may be based on aadhar

Respected Sir, India's growth really depends on the IT sector , Individuals getting connected through internet to the wide open option of earning by working from home, but according to the recent survey India lags heavily and ranked below 100 in providing high speed internet. Lacking in speed may cause loss to so many business including me working from home , my job can easily be grabbed by other country men who work on the same platform with high speed internet. So need your attention on this.
