Digitise all land records in a phased manner and then you'd knw how many land plots/flats are owned by whom. One plot/flat shd be given tax benefits whr as more than 1 shd attract tax rates more than normal. This will ensure that ppl don't get tax benefits for the investments that were done using black money. Also fix a number of units per family. This will help in checking the home prices and ensure tht prices r nt escalated artificially. Housing shd be affordable so that ppl buy a house.

And at the same We have implemented a program of Jan dhan Yojana which is very good. Even after giving free publicity people are not aware of this program. We should ask local MROs MDOs to take the ownership of the program and make it success.

We should link all private and public sector banking accounts with Aadhar card. We should ask all the banks (Pvt and Public) to give the details to government and should link with Aadhar. So that we can know that a single person having how many accounts in how many banks and how much transactions he is doing regularly. Based upon that we can impose IT an other taxes to avoid loss to the government.

Gold Jewellery and Real estate are 2 main areas whr black money gets converted into white. Make it mandatory for any purchase of gold/diamond above Rs10,000/- to be tagged against PAN number. Charge 1% as VAT on sale and then make it refundable in Income tax return. Jewellery shop owner should report on daily basis to the authorities about sale/purchase transactions. Make the e-billing mandatory so tht filling can be done online. This'll easily match the total gold purchased and sold by jeweller

Please arrange to extend the age limit from 27 yrs to 37 yrs for general candidates to appear before the examinations for Central Govt. and Quasi govt Deptts. like Banks, LIC, FCI, IOC, ONGC etc. Deptts. It will help for crores of educated unemployed youth. After 60 yrs of Independence the age limit has not been changed. You please extend this.

Govt. should pass a bill in parliament to regularize real estate. Builders are sale at different floor area. it should be only build up area. They charged extra electricity, firing system, parking, Etc.They should charged extra for optional service , others are included in there price. All things like Master drawing, Flat drawing, construction details , material used, construction plan, price, different permission from departments, Handover time.Etc mentioned in there web site.
