In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

डिजिटल हाेने से सभी अनपढ़ व्यक्ति अासानी से सूचना का समझ सकते है क्याेंकि अब भी ज्यादातर लाेग् पढे लिखे नहीं है िजससे वे सभ्ी सूचना काे पढकर समझ नहीं सकते ,इस स्‍थान पर डिजि‍टल तकनीक बहूत ही कारगर साबित हाेगी । किसी सूचना को डिजिटल चित्र मे प्रदर्शन करने पर आसानी समझ में आ जाता है ा

any type government employ get income as per performance, some income must fix balance income as per there perfomance . so develop software or technic for for this, that public decide and marking . like,dislike there performance by sms or net . throw there id no . it must secret , as business man get income as per there performance or sale, in this diwali one surat diamond company give bonus his employ according performance .

WASTE MANAGMET IS BILL TASK FOR WHOLE COUNTRY I HAVE ONE IDEA TO CONTROL THE WASTE MANGAEMETN AS ON HOUSE LEVEL ITSELF WE HAVE TO DISTRIBUTE THE WASTE IN THREE PARTS AS BIO DEGRADABLE, NON BIO DEGRADABLE AND GREEN ITEMS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AS GREEN ITEMS CAN EASILY GIVEN TO NEAR BY ANILMAL SHELTERS LIKE COW GAUSHALLA ETC AND REMAINING TWO SCHOULD BE TREATED IN WASTE PLANTS I CAME TO NOW ABOUT SUCH SYSTEM IN OTHER COUNTRIES

AS CORUPTION IS MAIN PROBLEM IN OUR COUNTRY I THOUGHT SMALL WAY TO CONTROL SUCH CORUPTION ON SMALL SCALE AS 80 % OF PERSONS GIVE BRIBE ONLY TO GET WORK IN TIME AS IN ALLMOST ALL DEPARTMENTS THE MAXIMUM TIME FOR THE WORK IS NOT DEFINED SO TO AVOID MULTIPLE ROUTINE CHAKKARS TO DEPARTMENT WE GIVE BRIBE .IF EVERY WORK WILL BE DEFINED BY TIME AND ONE PERSONS HAVING A TOLL FREE NO ON THAT DEPARTMENT WILL SOLVE A LOT FOR NORMAL PERSONS
