In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

ಪ್ರಿಯ ಮೋದೀಜಿ, ನನ್ನ ಐಡಿಯಾ ಅಂದರೆ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲೈಸ್ಡ್ ಡೇಟಾಬೇಸ್ ಸಿಸ್ಟಂ ಒನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಒನ್ ಕಾರ್ಢ್ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಡನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್ಗೆ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಒಯ್ಯುವುದು ತಪ್ಪುತ್ತದೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ಕರಪ್ಶನ್ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು, ಕ್ರೈಂ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು, ಲಿಕ್ವಿಡ್ ಮನೀ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು, ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಕೇಳುವ ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಟ್ಸ್ ಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು, ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ತಮಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಡೇಟಾಬೇಸ್ನಿಂದ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರನನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ಹಲವಾರು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವುದು ತಪ್ಪುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ

Release a common Phone App, Website for all MP's, MLA's to use it to connect to the people of their constituency, so that all people use the same App.

In G-20 , meeting @ Australia . Mr P M - Modi should address , the issue like global terrorism threat, Ebola effect , global warming, carbon credit , coal and nuclear fuel procurement, technical and management higher eduction, Asia - pacific business and military strategic partnership, visa and employment, E-Gov. Amusement park, advance film technology , tourism etc.

Dear Sir The engineering students have to face lot of problems regarding vocational trainings. They have to get hold of higher authorities of various industries (specially in PSUs) as reference personnels. This is quite harassing for general students, specially for those who do not have such hold in higher positioned officers in reputed firms. So, I feel such employee reference should not be a mandate. Sri Modi, Aap aisha ek Singe ID proof banayiye jisme ki Indian Citizen ka har jagah istemal ho sakega, wahan pe DL/PAN/RASAN/ADHAR/PASSPORT/VOTER ID ki jagah wo sirf sirf one ID kaam karega 1. Wo single ID bhi bidesh yatra me use ho sakta hai. 2. WO single ID proof bhi bidesh me salary/Bank AC me use karna Mandatory rahega jab tak Citizenship INDIA ka hai.
