In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

(Continued)...every peron of India,must be given a permanent mobile number.All the money he had must be put in his in the form of curtency.Every financial activity of the person must be done through mobile.An account of each and every rupee is kept very accurately.No bribery,no corruption,no black money,no cheating.....so on.Modiji implement this and let the world follow us.

In our nation, the roads are all occupied by the shop owners, so there should be strict rule to revive the occupied portions, Govt lands should be given to small time eateries to run their hotels at lower rents , and public transport mini lorries also can be stationed, and unemployed youth can have shops to provide any type of utility services, this will avoid having eateries blocking the roads, and mini vans parked on the main streets. This process will help us to keep the roads clean.

The receipt counters of all the government offices must be computerized and a computer generated receipt must be given on receipt of any document. Before moving the letters received to the sections concerned, these should be scanned and transmitted to the officer in-charge of the section concerned who can further mark it to the subordinate staff online. By this way the it will go to the e governance system of the department and from very fist day the progress may be monitored.

There are un occupied lands and plots are situated in the residential areas and also in the Industrial and nearer to the high ways. These vacant plots are owned by some one, but not fenced and not cleaned , so the vacant land is used for littering and urinating and ideal for some criminals also. So i humbly suggest to enforce law to have proper fencing and each plot and land if not having the trees, should have some trees or it should be done with proper flooring with proper RWH system.

Friends it annoys alot when we hear the evils like,corruption,black money,robbery,bribery etc.These things are obsulutely because of paper money.As it can be taken,given,kept secretly,it causes all the above mentioned problem.Friends just pause and ponder,there is an easy and accurate solution for these problems.Paper money should be banned completly.All the paper money must be converted to mobile currency.If a person wants to pay for something, he shuold transfer curreny to shopkeepers mobil
