yes govt. must provide pension to sportsperson by which people more intrested to paricipected in sports.beside pension range is given on the basis of their achivment in sports.

the fund of pension are linked to the bord of sportment game earning.
Sportspersons should not be taken as pensioners. Infact they must be given a job in government department to serve till retirement age.
स्टेट, नेशनल, इंटरनेशनल प्लेयर हेतु एक वेलफेयर फण्ड या PF/EPFO जैसी संस्था बनाकर,इनको सुरक्षा प्रदान की जा सकती है, क्रिकेट को छोड़कर सभी खेलों में निवेश हेतु उद्योगपतियों को शामिल किया जाये, शामिल होने वालों को टैक्स rebate दिया जा सकता है. खिलाडियों, मेडल विनर्स को ही केवल बोर्ड में शामिल किया जाये. खिलाडियों की ग्रेडिंग के अनुसार पेंशन की व्यवस्था की जाये. ऑनलाइन बिडिंग compulsory किया जाये.बोर्ड में सभी स्टेट के सामान व्यक्ति हों.

If Government approve total waver on interest of Loan amount, these girls will be so grateful of your Government and you.

My request is that instead of recruiting the sportsperson in govt job they should be sponsored. Because a person who is in dire need of job looses the opportunity while the selected sportsperson cannot do his/her duty in complete manner. This is not only loss to govt but also to the sportsperson as he/she has to attend the office for at least 2 hours. Respective department should give him full charge only when the sportsperson decide to quit the sports on his own or due to injuries.
sportspeson phycicaly fit hote hai isliye inhe industrial corridor jo PM modiji ki ak badi yojana hai us mai inhe job diya jana chhiye .aur inme kuteer udhyog jaise pashu palan ,readymade kapada udyog , chudi udyog , anaj udyog ,sabji packing udyog lagakar inhe life long rojgar garantee dani chhiye jisase ye khud he job bhi kare aur inhe social security bhi mile. inke helth, food ,aur rahane ki suvidha he inki pension ho.
