What measures have been be taken so far by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI in this front??? 2. Todays light of Lord Shiva should enlighten the hearts of every Indian to check corruption. Everybody should feel that " I'm an Indian ". Everyone should think that it is his/her responsibility to take care of this nation with national spirit.

Healthy India would be possible if only if there be a clean India. The Clean India moment started by our respectable P.M is very nice. Good sanitation facilities, toilets in schools & houses, fresh air by planting more trees are to be looked. There is also a problem of doctors' non availability 24x7. Also, in foreign countries people there use cycles most instead of scooters & cars, these r not to fully avoided but should not be used for small distances which also save our precious petrol.

WORSHIPING LORD SHIVA WITH DUGDHABHISHEK IS INDEED A HOLY THING BUT IMAGINE MILLIONS OF CHILDREN ARE SUFFERING FROM MALNUTRION IN THE COUNTRY AND WORLD. THINK OF THE QUNTITY OF MILK WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN USED FOR SERVING IT TO CHILDREN, WEAKER PEOPLE OR ANIMALS( PUPPIES, KITTENS) FOR THAT MATTER. DON’T YOU THINK BEING PART OF WHOLY WORSHIP A SYMBOLIC (SPOONFUL OR SMALL GLASS OF MILK) QUANTITY IS SUFFINCIENT FOR LORD SHIVA?? FORTUNATE THING IS LORD SHIVA NEVER HAS ANY COMPLAIN FOR THAT...(1)

Comments 1) Improve participation of MDs in research by introducing dual MD/PhD programs. The current medical curriculum does not enable medical graduates to undertake research. 2) Increasing biomedical funding to universities. Currently most of the DST and DBT funding goes to CSIR institutes and these institutes have become an elitist club. 3) Incentives for undertaking innovative research like giving a portion of funding to the researcher apart from salary. Promotions based on publications
