Have to instruct the cool drink manufacturers to pack the drinks in bottles rather in plastic cans & plastic cups. Rather giving TAX relief for them on power and others, tax relief can be given for those not using plastics for their products.

To avoid plastics, we need to encourage re use of old clothes in the home to be made as bags. For this house makers need to be engaged along with tailoring. Rather than throw out the old dress clothes, those can be made as bags & govt can announce those who does purchase & carry the goods back home with their home made cloth bags TAX can be waived for the goods those they purchase.

If plastic bags needs to b banned then govt should cut out roots to it.
Banned bags for 3-4 weeks leads to increase in corruption.
Paper bags are costly and cannot be reused many times.
If non-woven bags are its substitute then it should be promoted well and should be tax free.

Solution to most current problems and crisis is only one.
DECENTRALIZATION OF ECONOMY AND SPREAD POPULATION ACROSS COUNTRY BY DEVELOPING INFRASTRUCTURE THROUGH OUT COUNTRY.
REMOVE ALL TAX BENEFITS RELATED TO REAL ESTATE AND IMPOSE HEAVY TAX ON UNUSED LAND AND PROPERTY TO STOP SPECULATION.

5.Use of paperbags, jute bags, etc. at subsidised price.
6.Random inspections at malls, shops, stores to create seriousness and undertaking by them that they donot use plastic bags. Such good shopping outlets can be given concessions in VAT, etc.

1. Awareness cmapaigns via media, social media, schools, banners.
2. Divide localities into small areas and make a govt. servant or old male/female as representative. He/she is responsible for coordinating for not using plastics.
3. App to click photos with location and send to enforcement agency for action.
4. Representatoves to get honorarium and replaced if not able to control plastic use.
