The mandate of the Ministry of Culture is to preserve, promote, explore and share India’s culture and heritage along with ethos and values for the benefit of mankind. For achieving this Mission, the Ministry undertakes the following activities:

• Maintenance and conservation of heritage, historic sites and ancient monuments
• Administration of libraries
• Promotion of literary, visual and performing arts
• Observation of centenaries and anniversaries of important national personalities and events
• Promotion of institutions and organizations of Buddhist and Tibetan studies
• Promotion of institutional and individual non-official initiatives in the fields of art and culture
• Entering into cultural agreements with foreign countries

The functional spectrum of the Ministry ranges from creating cultural awareness from the grass root level to the international cultural exchange level. Details about several Schemes which are administered by Ministry of Culture for providing financial assistance for promoting cultural activities are available on the Ministry’s website (http://indiaculture.nic.in/).

Also, various organizations under the Ministry of Culture organize cultural programs and events from time to time.

The Ministry has decided to invite suggestions from the public regarding innovative ideas for effective use of Media in promoting Indian Culture and Heritage.

It is requested that the individual suggestions may be limited to about 200 words.

Respected Prime minister sir I S Ravi Srinivas an Ex serviceman retired from INDIAN AIR FORCE as seargent request you to increase the the General compartments in all sectors in Indian Railways because of most of the passengers are facing difficulties in traveling. Sir the General compartments are only three allotted in each train since many more years. Those are two for common passengers and remaining one is for women and Disabled. Sir it is requested you in this Forthcoming Railway budget.

Respected Prime minister sir I S Ravi Srinivas an Ex serviceman retired from INDIAN AIR FORCE as seargent request you to increase the the General compartments in all sectors in Indian Railways because of most of the passengers are facing difficulties in traveling. Sir the General compartments are only three allotted in each train since many more years. Those are two for common passengers and remaining one is for women and Disabled. Sir it is requested you increase bogies in Railway budget

Sir The strength of Bharat lies in villages, so if we can make small films on all famous personalities who gave their life for this nation and their life message, also make small documentaries about how this government works, functions and about new schemes that government have brought out for their benefit and show it to children all across nation in their schools in the language of that state. It is ministered through HRD department would be great to create Informative Citizens.

Before thinking of Bullet Train or any provision of mordern amenities in existing trains this train(Nos are :78507(PALASA to PARADEEP) & 78508(PARADEEP to PALASA))which runs through two would be SMART CITIES-Bhubaneswar and Vishakhapatnam must have toilet in each and every compartment.How and why Rail ministry,Govt. and Eco.Rly do not give attention to it?

We often tend to ignore the well known fact that Buddhism originated in India and a large part of the world(more than 350 million people) follow Buddhism and as it happens they all are mostly our neighbors (China,Cambodia,Japan,Thailand,Vietnam,Myanmar,Sri Lanka,Taiwan,South Korea). However, probably we do not advertise much in these countries about it. A Buddhist centric Ad campaign(places/locations) in these countries would do much of the work(For all we know, India is the Israel of Buddhism)!

PRANAM, SOME OF THE SUGGESTIVE POINTS AS FOLLOWS. 1. COMMITMENT OF THE MEDIA HOUSE(MS) HAS TO BE DEFINED THAT ARE THEY FROM INDIAN ORIGIN. 2. HAVING THEIR MOTO INDIA FIRST THAN THEIR TRP/CAST/CREED/RELIGION ETC. 3. WHILE REPORTING THEY USE TO PUT THEIR LIFE IN DANGER KEEPING THEIR PERK/PROMOTION IN MIND. IT SHOULD BE FOR NATION BUILDING IN MIND. 4. THEY HAVE TO IGNORE/AVOID/LESS HIGHLIGHT THE ISSUES DEFAMING/DESTROYING INDIAN CULTURE/UNITY ON ANY ISSUES. 5. STOP LIVE REPORTING ON SECURITY ISSUE.

So, it is my humble request on behalf of millions of ODIYA people, please take suitable action to replace/modify the compartments of this train to have minimum of above said facilities if not more, in the true spirit of SWASCHHA BHARAT AVIJAAN ! This train between PARADEEP & PALASA(bordering Andhra)runs about 350 kms mostly during daylight, but sir, can you believe , no compartment of this entire train has toilet/latrine provision! Train Nos are :78507(PALASA to PARADEEP) & 78508(PARADEEP to PALASA) .HOW can one imagine a SWASCHHA BHARAT travelling in such a train with no facility for attending nature call! Regards.
