The mandate of the Ministry of Culture is to preserve, promote, explore and share India’s culture and heritage along with ethos and values for the benefit of mankind. For achieving this Mission, the Ministry undertakes the following activities:

• Maintenance and conservation of heritage, historic sites and ancient monuments
• Administration of libraries
• Promotion of literary, visual and performing arts
• Observation of centenaries and anniversaries of important national personalities and events
• Promotion of institutions and organizations of Buddhist and Tibetan studies
• Promotion of institutional and individual non-official initiatives in the fields of art and culture
• Entering into cultural agreements with foreign countries

The functional spectrum of the Ministry ranges from creating cultural awareness from the grass root level to the international cultural exchange level. Details about several Schemes which are administered by Ministry of Culture for providing financial assistance for promoting cultural activities are available on the Ministry’s website (http://indiaculture.nic.in/).

Also, various organizations under the Ministry of Culture organize cultural programs and events from time to time.

The Ministry has decided to invite suggestions from the public regarding innovative ideas for effective use of Media in promoting Indian Culture and Heritage.

It is requested that the individual suggestions may be limited to about 200 words.

Sunday farming- Strategy for safe food, ecological intelligence and horticultural therapy among youth- Sunday farming (the acronym of SUSTENANCE THROUGH NURTURING AND DIGNIFYING APPROACHES FOR YOUTH IN FARMING)is a developmental strategy to foster nutrition centered farming system by attracting youth , students and professionals . I developed this in 2004.This can be implemented in urban and peri urban residential areas to achieve organic freedom.

Media's role should be to reach all age groups including the young and the old equally for which the content of the program also plays a bigger role. The contents should include plays like puppetry, more cartoon characters like chota bheem for young , programs like mahabharat , ramayan having reach amongst all age groups. Channels like DD,RSTV,LSTV can be used for telecast , Local language programs should be increased to increase the reach,Famous movie and tv stars can be ropped in for ads.

I would Like to Suggest Our Government need show Incredible India advertisement In all over china metro station, there are lot of Chinese still ignorant about India also many would like to go India but many foreigners suggest them India No safe. So we need show our way to convince people that India safe for tourist.

I want to make some point on how to stop people learning Corruption- In my view the first time Any person see corruption is while he was Making his/her Driving Licence.They want to start driving in early age and hence make fake Licence- To Stop This Its Better Govt Make compulsory for every school to make Children Learning Licence in Class 12th.The agent from R.T.O visit school and make License according to Driving Test.It should be Made Of Plastic Like Card so less Chance to Making fake.

Apart from This issue i want to share some suggestion on How to clean India - Apart from charging hefty amount like Rs-500 or 1000 to 2000,we should only impose only Rs-100. The Idea Behind this is If any officer charge challan of 1000 rs or 500 their is a possibility of corruption as the bearer will give him Rs.100 and ask officer to not make challan. They will settle things themselves and the person will not teach lesson apart from teaching bypassing the system.

The channel of DD Bharti needs to be revamped for HD and programmes can have same content with better quality. Other good programmes not debates, from LSTV and RSTV can also be broadcasted in DD Bharti. All languages programmes with subtitles with a proper timing can be incorporated and virtual reality or 3d programmes too can be there in DD Bharti for more attractiveness.

1. It should be made easy for people to aquire DD dish and see channels free of cost. 2. An offline app about calendar of daily memorials and all approved personalities anniversaries along with a notification option should be available, along with notification option. 3. Magazine, which is there in Magzter should be printed and be available in all places, where more people come and TEND TO READ. 4. People have to experience other places in India. So, common virtual reality centres needed.

We need to propagate this idea that Indian culture is a culture that knows the technologies of well being. We know the technology of creating an enlightened human being. That's what we have to offer the whole world. We have to use media to tell the world that yoga is not an exercise. The purpose of yoga is not just physical well being. It is mental well being also. The ultimate goal is enlightenment.

Sir I have an Idea to reduce the death rate due to train accident..All the Local train of Mumbai should add barrier on their doors.which will opens when the train comes near the platform..the barrier we added should covers the gap between the train and platform..
