Tag a Tree is my concept..
Each person in india can adopt a tree/plant at his/her preferred location. May be this can be a collaborated business plan with the Municipal cooperation. For example, if 10 persons adopted 10 plants/trees at some place in their locality or city. So that the plant/tree can be electronically tagged, at any time the user can see the status/condition of the plant/tree. Minimal charges can be accepted per plant. This can be micro-business solution for the nation.

Hub centres are to be developed for collection of forest products and handing over to the Pooling points. From pooling points the products are to be sent to the utility points either as raw material or semi finished products.

Central Goverment should set up facilities/stalls in cities to enable tribals to sell forest produce. They should keep entry fees say Rs. 10 per person to enter that facilities.
This fees should be used to manage cost of the facility set up.
Tribals who have registered themselves for this facility should be given card which they can show at the time of travelling in ST buses, so that travelling is costless to tribal coming to market forest produce in that stall.
